The Hottest Market Spikes Everyday … That You’re Missing!

Every day there are new opportunities to trade in the market.

But most traders miss the biggest moves.

They’re preoccupied by:

  • The larger market.
  • The most popular big-name stocks.
  • Wall Street’s ‘hot’ picks.

But they’re ignoring the best setups!

These stock spikes aren’t a secret … 😆

It’s not like you need to belong to a special group to find these runners.

Every day we see new trade setups like this. And they’re right at your fingertips.

For example, here are some recent profits that I made from these kinds of stock spikes:

It’s not rocket science …  I’m using the same trade patterns that I always use …

But it’s on a special-stock spike that most traders miss/ignore.

This week, we’re going to change that. Here’s how to find the hottest stock spikes every day:

Open Your Eyes 👀

Literally …

The hottest stock spikes start during pre-market hours. Which means you have to wake up and get out of bed!

I know that it’s tough to wake up early. And I’m sure that you have a busy schedule.

But is it busier than mine? 😆

Last week I flew from Bogota, to Bali, to Boston … And it was TOUGH 😩

  • Maybe you work a day job.
  • Maybe you’ve got kids to send to school in the morning.
  • Maybe you’re in a bad time zone for morning trades …

Everyone has an excuse to miss these plays.

But the traders who make time for the best setups are the most likely to succeed.

You’ve got to want it!

Plus … Traders who pay attention in the morning can close their laptops after the hottest price action. You don’t need to watch the market all day long.

Profitable Price Action

Here’s a perfect example …

On April 15, during premarket hours, Mural Oncology plc (NASDAQ: MURA) announced strategic alternatives to boost shareholder value.

The news came out at 8 A.M. Eastern. Look what happened next …

On the MURA chart below, every candle represents one trading minute:

MURA chart intraday, 1-minute candles Source: StocksToTrade

The stock spiked 210%* that day.

And during premarket, the price spiked and consolidated perfectly around $2. That was a perfect risk level for anyone who wanted to trade this stock.

Here’s another example:

On April 15, during after hours, Treasure Global Inc. (NASDAQ: TGL) started to spike after announcing that they were launching a coupon campaign that could generate $2 million to $4 million annually.

The stock spiked 110%* by April 16 mid day … And the pre-market price action was beautiful!

Look at the TGL chart below. Every candle represents one trading minute:

The price bounced off of $3 twice!

This price action is NOT random …

My millionaire students and I use the same patterns over-and-over again to trade these runners.

For a full breakdown of my trading process: Join the LIVE trading webinar today, April 21, at 2 P.M. Eastern.

It’s hosted by my millionaire student, Glenn Peters.

And if you miss today’s webinar, there’s another tomorrow, Tuesday, April 22, also at 2 P.M. Eastern!

Tune in and prepare for more premarket spikers this week.

Cheers.

The available research on day trading suggests that most active traders lose money. Fees and overtrading are major contributors to these losses.

A 2000 study called “Trading is Hazardous to Your Wealth: The Common Stock Investment Performance of Individual Investors” evaluated 66,465 U.S. households that held stocks from 1991 to 1996. The households that traded most averaged an 11.4% annual return during a period where the overall market gained 17.9%. These lower returns were attributed to overconfidence.

A 2014 paper (revised 2019) titled “Learning Fast or Slow?” analyzed the complete transaction history of the Taiwan Stock Exchange between 1992 and 2006. It looked at the ongoing performance of day traders in this sample, and found that 97% of day traders can expect to lose money from trading, and more than 90% of all day trading volume can be traced to investors who predictably lose money. Additionally, it tied the behavior of gamblers and drivers who get more speeding tickets to overtrading, and cited studies showing that legalized gambling has an inverse effect on trading volume.

A 2019 research study (revised 2020) called “Day Trading for a Living?” observed 19,646 Brazilian futures contract traders who started day trading from 2013 to 2015, and recorded two years of their trading activity. The study authors found that 97% of traders with more than 300 days actively trading lost money, and only 1.1% earned more than the Brazilian minimum wage ($16 USD per day). They hypothesized that the greater returns shown in previous studies did not differentiate between frequent day traders and those who traded rarely, and that more frequent trading activity decreases the chance of profitability.

These studies show the wide variance of the available data on day trading profitability. One thing that seems clear from the research is that most day traders lose money .
