AIM validated my thinking it had room to run, breaking out from the high $5s to $7, but it did in a very choppy fashion…not my kind of price action so I didn’t touch it, congrats to the TIMalerts subscribers listened to my premarket watchlist yesterday

GWSC had its first down day, setups don’t get much better than this…seriously, I’m not even gonna detail a dozen stocks today because none of them compare to this beauty…I shorted 3000 shares at $2.76 on the morning bounce off the $2.20ish lows…it faded all day, touching those lows 3 times, but bouncing each time, not unexpected for a stock only on its first down day….see my research HERE, I’m going to be aggressive with this short as I think the company did this pump & dump in order to do a much needed financing in the $1 range, if that happens, the stock should tank to around that level…my goal is just to cover under $2, ideally on a morning panic similar to yesterday when it dropped from $3.25 to $2.25 in 15 minutes…gotta see how it acts around that key $2.25 level, just know this entire runup is on thin air and the stock was at 25 cents/share a few days ago so forget about just under $2, it should be trading under $1 within weeks…risk is another round of pumping.

SHZ was basically flat all day, I covered near the market open at $1.67 for a pathetic 15 cents/share gain, or $300ish profit…it didn’t tank the way I wanted

SPNG dropped another 20%+ yesterday to 13 cents/share…I could care less about it now, I made 35% on my money in 1 day because it was the day on which several thousand people realized it was a pump & dump…longs and shorts are still emotional about it, that’s their weakness, I’ll only trade it if the stock promotes get it to break the 28 cents/share highs.

PGV has now surged $2 to $8 in the past 4 days, it’s still only a $7 million company, no news, who knows why it’s up, rumors galore…potential short on any proper fading price action, perfect longterm downtrend.

VOXW jumped 66% to $2.30 on news of a contract yesterday…the stock spiked immediately signifying the news was important, not due to some late day message-board-influenced runup…potential short, but only if it spikes a ton more like it did back in March.

JAZZ is the latest hot biotech penny stock, up 200%+ yesterday, at one time 300%+…I’ll wait for the hype to fade, but this is a definite potential short…’twas a perfect intraday breakout, but call me crazy, I’m not comfortable buying a stock up that much during the day.

SAY is that old Indian fraud that their government had to take control over, stock got absolutely crushed for the past year, now it surged $3.70 to $5 yesterday on high volume, surprising solid earnings and an analyst upgrade, no real resistance until $7ish, potential buy

GRH spiked 75% yesterday to $3.30ish, after hitting $4.30ish earlier in the day…now up from $1 just 2 days ago on financing rumors, this is my #1 potential short if the news doesn’t hit or the company denies it…if they get it, good for them, I won’t touch it….short the bubble only if and when its proven to be hype, not before.

CREL had a late day spike from $2 to $3.75 on quick buying, closing at $3ish…was it margin call buying, news, rumors? Nobody seems to know, potential short though as this is a classic one day spiker.

SNIC is up from $1.50 to $3.50 in 4 days on stronger and stronger volume, the chart is actually a breakout, I’m not tempted to short this gradual runup…yet, watch it!

MRNA proved what scumbags these little biotech’s are, showing ne regard, like HEB, for those who bought on the runup, doing a toxic financing at $2, 20%+ below their closing price…they’re lucky to get that much $…these things are true carcasses, gotta be more aggressive in shorting, if I can find shares to short!

HEB, speaking of carcasses, you see all the comments their dumb-as-Vick investors leave on my free site? Totally useless, like little kids, but more like the degenerates who visit OTB parlors…TheStreet.com followed up my analysis of their wannabe financing with a negative article that sacked the stock another 8%…plenty of shares to short now, but I still don’t like the risk due to upcoming FDA news…wish that news was weeks away so I could safely short, but then again the squeeze has occurred thanks to the FDA news so this is a tough play here.

SPNG was a nice fakeout breakdown yesterday morning, I almost got sucked in, luckily I screwed up my order…even if I had shorted at 13 cents/share, I would’ve covered for a loss at 14.5 cents/share, can’t risk staying short a breakout, which did occur, the stock is now at 17 cents…it’s amazing that 20+ TIMalert subscribers canceled (the most of any day in 2009, actually pathetic that people think because I got this pattern wrong, my success “is over”…LOL, this is still a pump & dump, that will never change (when you pay promoters for exposure to pump up stock prices, that’s a pump!!!) so let’s hope these pumpers can get this thing higher to give us all more downside when the inevitable dump comes.

ZAGG’s chart has now gone Supernova (original PennyStocking DVD students know what I’m talking about) so I have to link THE CHART. It’s now proving me dead on when I called it this year’s FORD back at $1.50ish…looks like I need to have more faith in my research abilities! Now all I can do is watch, regret not holding longer and look for shorting opportunities when this can and will rollover.
