SS7: Why TIMalerts Is Good For Buying Stocks, Ron Insana, Carl Icahn et al
Posted by timothysykes on Sun 17th of Aug, 2008 11:53:22 AMFor those of you who don’t like shorting, you know you can use my TIMalerts for longs, too, right? Even when it’s a alert to short—that’s because all shorts have to be bought back eventually and those could be good times to buy, as PCola (who’s now #2 on Covestor and we’ve got 4 PennyStockers in the top 6!!) demonstrated HERE:
At around $3.15, i was noticing how the volume wasn’t very much, and that when Tim covered I thought the price would spike as his subscribers covered as well. I debated getting in at that point, but decided to wait until his official e-mail alert. When I got the e-mail that he covered at $3.25, I got in at $3.29, and watched it squeeze all the way to a $3.45 close.

The 11 Most Popular PennyStocking Blogs
Posted by timothysykes on Sun 10th of Aug, 2008 10:29:19 AMI’m incredibly proud to report that PennyStockers are starting blogs everywhere so I’m glad that my full throttle promotion of transparency in this joke of an industry is finally beginning to pay off (see all my verified trades HERE). After all, it doesn’t matter if you’re making millions, thousands or just learning the game, the key to success (as I detail in my instructional dvd which you can purchase HERE), is being honest–not only because it’s right, but because trading is all about understanding your strengths and weaknesses, maximizing one and minimizing the other, and you can’t figure that stuff out if you’re lying to yourself and everyone else.
Behold the 11 most popular PennyStocking blogs (PS I encourage you 11 bloggers to repost this post–and link back bitches–to help encourage traffic amongst one and all) :

SS7: The Modern-Day Reminiscences Of A Stock Operator & Other Trading Links
Posted by timothysykes on Sat 7th of Jun, 2008 09:37:22 AMGreat book review for An American Hedge Fund from another trader of low priced stocks TK
Anyone who is considering a career as a trader in the
securities business needs to read the book An American Hedge
Fund. It is the honest, real-life story of what a
trader will face in the quest for success.
Click HERE to read the rest…TK was even kind enough to forward a followup email one of his readers sent him:
Thanks for the book recommendation An American Hedge Fund by Timothy Sykes it was a great read. Reminded me a little of Reminiscences of a Stock Operator.
Boom! And check out TFPOI’s review HERE. My favorite parts:
Overall, I would recommend this book to anyone who has a child interested in the stock market, anyone interested in starting their own hedge fund, or anyone looking for a great financial read on par with Reminiscences of a Stock Operator.
Ahhh yes considering ROASO is literally the best financial piece of writing ever, getting compared to it again and again is truly an honor, and it helps with my insecurity issues…Whewwww
