Winter 2009 Call For Interns
Posted by Timothy Sykes on Sun 15th of Nov, 2009 02:30:50 PMI’m a big believer in interns: they work for free, they do what they’re told or I don’t use them anymore and they get my instructional DVD packages, lessons and recommendations from me if they do solid work.
The single best intern from this summer even got 10% of a new website/company that we’ve been working on for several months now and will debut in the next few days. That’s right, you wanna work hard, I’m gonna reward you as best I can.
I know the economy is tough right now and many of you reading this post want actual jobs, but I am not offering ANYONE a job until they prove that they can match me in working hard…and given my usual 16-18 hour days, every day of the week…even on the Sabbath….that isn’t easy.
If you think you have what it takes to be my intern, contact me ASAP and please include your skills and resume.
I’m not interested in how well you did in school or what your old boss says about you, I want:
-web designers and programmers willing to try anything…I need help, Pallian has become very popular as of late….deservedly so.
-researchers willing to dig through all these crappy Penny Stocks until you know them inside and out.
-data entry geeks who are willing to create databases until their fingers fall off.
-anybody who knows video and Photoshop
-anybody who knows anything about marketing and event planning.
You don’t have to be in NYC…some of my favorite interns live in Europe! Nor must you commit to working every day, or even every week…there is no start/end date, it’s however long you want to work with/for me.
I only ask that when you throw your hat in the ring by contacting me ASAP, if I assign you a task, you do it, and you do it good. I have no time for lazy people or people that read The Motley Fool or watch CNBC and actually think they’re getting quality information.
Intelligent hard-working, competent people, show yourselves and be rewarded!
