Remember LiveStock was yesterday 1-2PM EST, tune in and learn how to profit rather consistently from the scummiest stocks in the world.

As always TIMalert subscribers knew about these pump & dumps a few weeks ago and we even traded one of these things for SOLID profits (you get it late because you aren’t one my premium subscribers so you’ll always be late to the party!):

American Sierra Gold Corp (AMNP) is being pumped with $300,000 in this glossy advertisement and James Rapholz, Editor, Ecomonic Advice sold his soul to the devil by promoting such nonsense. I won’t even quote it because it’s all gibberish, they throw big numbers around as if they’re attainable, while the only meaningful info is hidden in a disclaimer the promoters aren’t even nice enough to keep their disclaimer in text, they make it into a JPEG to fool people/search engines and force me to copy and paste their bad behavior:

American Lithium Minerals Inc. (AMLM) is being pumped with $255,000 in this glossy advertisement and the same firm sold their souls to the devil by promoting such nonsense.

    Tim,

these stock promoters, will they get thier money ctaken by the sec if they have these disclaimers?
E.g. if they buy x amount of stock they promote it via newsletters and website containgin the disclaimers will the sec still take thier money?
also how about if the company pays them in stock?

Ive always wondered if the sec came dowm on all of them surely it would stop.
