It’s been an amazng 2 weeks, but today while there are a few decent plays, there’s nothing truly great, feel free to take a day off.

TIMalert subscribers had a great day, +$7,000ish, helped tremendously by my DEAD ON premarket call on CBAK…damnm I gotta have more confidence in myself (Nah, I don’t like shorting speculative morning panics, opens myself and subscribers, up to risk of spikage, I was hoping it’d fade in the afternoon, but the nasty overall market meant it dropped immediately)…congrats guys!
Covered CHIP today after waiting through 4 sessions. Banked $989.50. -Sola
CCC and AEZ two crappy hyped companies. Shorted CBAK at 5.13 and holding overnight. Shorted BLDP at 3.21 and covered around 2.88. Profit of $330. -zulobb
Sold CBAK short at 5.13 and covered at 4.59. Plus $1,080. -zulobb

Covered LUNA this morning for another $300. Tried to short nphc at .77 but none avail. Still any gain is good. -shearinfinity

Hi Tim, made a quick $100 scalping VRMLQ - kept it on my watchlist from a few days ago, just couldn’t ignore that spike this morning. I’m still down on the 3 trades total I’ve made from your alerts but that’s my lack of discipline (and lack of shares to short!) So this will pay for a few months more of alerts, cheers! -tony

Advanced Visual Systems Inc (AVSC) and GREEN STAR ALTERNATI (GSAE) are 2 pump & dumps that each dropped 30% within the first hour today…AVSC came back, GSAE’s loss stuck…the late day price action doesn’t make this morning’s drop any less predictable…they’re good to watch and go over these patterns again and again…no shares to short this time, but a great lesson in how these things dump, whether I trade them or not.
NPHC I posted my followup research report today premarket, but the stock didn’t start fading big until late afternoon when the overall market helped take it down to 70 cents/share, where I covered for a $1,500ish profit…it kept going, all the way down to 64 cents/share and it very well could keep going down to my original 50 cent/share target, but I’m out…it might be a sketchy company, but it’s not a true pump & dump so I played it conservatively.

China BAK Battery Inc. (CBAK) faded PERFECTLY from $5 to the low $4s just as I said it might in last night’s watchlist, wowowowow, it’s scary how dead on I was on this one, but I didn’t take my own advice because I’m a wuss…and I prefer afternoon fades to morning breakdowns due to the risk of morning spikes…congrats to those TIMalert subscribers who profited, there were a dozen or so of you guys

Lightwave Logic, Inc. (LWLG) spiked from $1 to $1.40 on expectations that their product is finally finished…as the CEO said it would be in an SEC filing a little while ago…potential short if this keeps going, new product or not, it’s ALWAYS been good to short this whenever it spikes, although I’d love to wait for the news to come out first just to lessen my risk.
Vyteris, Inc. (VYTR) jumped from 25 cents/share to 75 cents/share within an hour today after some incompetent stock promoters mentioned the thing…this will make a great short, but I’d love to see 1-2 more days of spiking first since it’s so illiquid and sketchy
