The NY Post’s Latest Evidence That Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (SPNGE) Is Up To No Good

Posted by Timothy Sykes on Fri 25th of Sep, 2009 07:21:37 AM

LiveStock is today 1-2PM EST, tune in HERE and check out all the bitter pump & dump bagholders yell at me (just a wild guess)

HERE’S A BIG FAT I TOLD YOU SO YOU NAIVE SUCKERS!

You people think I just do all this to promote my instructional DVD packages and TIMalerts real-time trade alerts services, but like your investment in a blatant pump & dump like Spongetech, you haven’t done your research. I push my dvds and newsletters BECAUSE I know they’ll help you learn hos this wonderful game works and that they’ll probly save you from making dumb investing mistakes like this one and while Spongetech was obviously a much better long than it ever was a great short (although it’ll likely end up in the .0001 range), I actually encourage people to learn to buy pump & dumps when they’re being pumped. Yup, that’s right, my original PennyStocking DVD is all about how my first million was made BUYING pump & dumps and how you can learn from my decade-long experience of what I did right and wrong.

You just gotta learn not believe the BS so you can get out with profits instead of holding through the dump. Does that make sense? You guys think I’m the enemy when all I’m trying to do is help you…stock promoters & lying penny stock management are your true enemies. You forget that I’ve gone through this too by believing in a penny stock once before, losing several hundred thousand dollars and being wiser for it.

(The above is for bitter SPNGE shareholders who right now can’t believe what’s happening here)

If you’ve read my “official penny stock manipulation blog post” or The New York Post’s recent article on Spongetech, you know this company is sketchyyyyy…

Well, NY Post reporter Kaya Whitehouse is obviously amazed at just how far the penny stock fraud hole goes…and too bad for Spongetech, she’s doing some awfully impressive digging:

Someone appears to be pulling the strings on the biggest clients of New York sponge maker and US Open sponsor SpongeTech.

In its third-quarter SEC filing, SpongeTech said that six customers “accounted for 99.4 percent of sales” — nearly $31 million in revenue — for the first nine months of its fiscal year.

The firms are SA Trading Company, US Asia Trading, Dubai Export Import Company, Fesco Sales Corp., New Century Media and Walgreens.

All but one of those companies, Walgreens, is hard to track.

Their addresses cannot be verified, phone numbers were disabled within hours of calls from The Post, and the Web sites for three of the companies were created on the same day two weeks ago.

On Wednesday, at The Post’s request, SpongeTech provided addresses, phone numbers and contacts for its largest customers through its outside investor relations firm, Lippert Heilshorn & Associates.

But efforts by The Post to verify the information fell flat.

Take, for example, Dubai Export Import Co. According to the document SpongeTech provided, it is located at 235 Peachtree St. NE, Suite 400, in Atlanta.

“They don’t have an office here,” said Julie Gudger, vice president of sales for Crown Office Suites, which leases offices in that building, including Suite 400. Gudger also had never heard of Ahmed Elsayed, the contact SpongeTech provided.

Gudger dismissed the notion they might have a virtual office. “I would know,” she said.

A call yesterday to the Dubai Export Import number that Spongetech provided led to a receptionist who took a message for Elsayed. Within a few hours, the number was “disabled.”

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry says it has no record of Dubai Export Import Co. Ditto for the Dubai Department of Economic Development, which issues licenses to companies doing business in Dubai.

Calls to the phone numbers SpongeTech provided for the other four companies also led to receptionists who took messages. They were all disabled shortly afterwards.

Misty Ryals, a receptionist for Select Office Suites, which rents out offices on the 5th floor of 116 W. 23rd St. in Manhattan, where SpongeTech says Fesco is located, said she has no record of Fesco Corp., nor of Jim Rogers, the contact SpongeTech provided.

SpongeTech said SA Trading is located at 111 NE 1st St., 3rd floor, Miami. A woman who works for Downtown Miami Partnership, which manages the property, said, “We have no other business on the 3rd floor but Excellent Executive Offices.”

Carlson Ortiz, who answered the phone at Excellent Executive Offices, said, “I’ve been here for two years and I’ve never heard of that name,” when asked about SA Trading.

Web sites for Fesco, Dubai Export Import and SA Trading also shed little light. All three sites were created on Sept. 10, 2009, using Domains by Proxy, a service that blocks information about the site’s owner.

Tim, you would do readers a service if you were to discuss more than just SpongeTech but the failure of the SEC to halt trading in this market. Until the SEC acts upon this damaging evidence, those committing this crime will continue to steal from the kool-aid crowd who have been brainwashed by the con men.

Where is this newly committed agency? The NY Post handed them a case on a silver platter, more than your typical business media coverage, and the SEC has failed to respond.
  • i dont want SEC halts, i want these pump & dumps to trade as long as possible, they're great for trading if u understand how corrupt they are, get it?
  • Maryanne
Here is the SA Trading information and the website has been there forever and has tons of items for sale - including spongetech:
    www.alibaba.com/product-gs/25092336/SpongeTech_...
Oh, and by the way, the 3rd quarter you are speaking of is from 2008. So, that is OLD information. No one has the information for 2009 yet (when they started becoming profitable from their TV spots, and being in 40,000 retail locations like Costco, BJ's, Food stores, Petsmart, Petco, Walgreens, CVS, Amazon, HQ and QVC.

Here is the information on Dubai import and export - here is their website (which has been up for years www.importexportdubai.com/en

I would look for a lawsuit from Spongetech and would hope they would also name you.
  • Ken
Seems like you also like to plagarize since most of your article is a direct lift from the Post. I would think they would take umbrage to that. So you might have to pull this one down
  • Maryanne
He will lift it when a lawsuit comes out for defamation.
  • Teralitha
Your blog post is interesting... but how about the fact that spongetech products are in stores around the world, kinda blows a hole in your scam theory.
  • tomallinder1
People resent you making money by selling DVDs because they don't have anything to sell themselves and are unwilling to risk putting something out there because one or two people might not like your stuff.

I have tried to remain "fair and balanced" in this whole spongetech thing. That is why the importance of trading these stocks cannot be emphasized enough. Pump/Dump is a great way to make money. Just don't marry the company...
  • James
Tim it's not just in those stores. You can find SpongTech products on Amazon and I think Walmarts in South America.

    http://www.amazon.com/Auto-Wash-And-Wax-System/...

Has good reviews as well on Amazon.
  • greed
Hey Tim could you please share your thoughts with recent Spongetech Letter posted here..

  • daytrader951
You are laughable. I have bought their products at Cosco and Petsmart. What is the conspiracy? Just because you are a dope that lost a lot of money. What moron would put that much money into a penny stock anyways. AND YOU SELL DVDs and people buy them (doubt it). Tell that cunt Kaja she needs to find some credible references (you and convicted lawyer) - I mean come on really!
  • daytrader951
Oh yeah, check your posts for errors in grammar before you put them up. Makes you look even more stupid when I read this crap.
  • chris
Idioits like yourself read the post. Do some dd and this wasnt that hard to find. Your girlfriend kaja is a disgraced writer working for you.

They are under investigation by the SEC for securities violation.

" dont want SEC halts, i want these pump & dumps to trade as long as possible, they're great for trading if u understand how corrupt they are, get it?"

Doesn't matter to scum like you that honest investors are getting ripped off on a daily basis. Half of the time its from short sellers beating down the stock prices of companies just to make a quick buck. You're just in it for yourself and thats what makes you about as lovable as dog poo on the bottom of my shoe.
  • Adreno
By "honest investors" I take it you mean stupid people?!

Trading is about taking advantage of price action for a profit. People choose to invest in piece of crap companies, no one has a gun to their heads. When they buy stock they are effectively signing a contract saying they know what they have bought and accept the downside as well as any possible gains they may get. If anything short sellers only add to market liquidity as a sort of pseudo market maker.

The SEC don't going around halting things for fun you know. Why not wish for more SEC halts, all that will do is protect more of the innocent stupid people from getting slaughtered.

    Hey everyone,
I was told by a little birdie that all of Tims dvd's and books can be found in binary form on the usenet for free.
  • TimSykes Molests Children
I don't think you'll be so smug and arrogant when the SEC comes knocking on your door regarding your SPNG defamation.
  • defamation? the SEC is apparently investigating SPNG, not me, i just repost articles and pull from SEC filings and PRs, u suckers deserve to lose $
  • Tim is a Bitch
Tim it does not matter what you think You got.. My Buddy's bangin your wife.. So thats but she is living you ...

    What can U say Now?
  • tim's boyfriend
i think your comments might be considered defamatory. tim is not a child molester, he likes fat hairy men which, is perfectly legal. we need eggs and milk timmy.
  • Ronald Reagan
    You're a dick head
  • clintonomics
So just asking a what if here. The 10k released confirms all suspected data concerning SPNG? Do you fake sales to walgreens? petsmart? BJ's? Costco? We all know the SEC is a fucking joke, even if they found something, how long would it take for them to do anything about it. and if SPNG has enough cash on hand i bet the SEC magically finds nothing wrong there.
  • i hope the 10k is good, the stock is too boring now for me, but the evidence is mounting that it wont be, just another pump & dump, will fade into the sands of time
  • Name
    Chris, Maryanne:
you are both the most dishonest commenters ever.
Do you get compensated for your lying?

Fesco Emergency sales sells ambulances. The Dubai site you listed is a government trade site.
You have been nailed, you have been served.
    What trash.
  • If there is a huge naked short position that has never been covered
and if the stock as a corporate entity would have its trading status suspended
by the SEC and the OTCBB because of what the company was doing in response to what the naked shorts were doing
because of a lack of action by the
SEC who were informed about the naked short nightmare (incidentally the naked short fraud was responsable for last year's global financial collapse)
then every naked short would be scott free , and could continue to fleece the world because the world is allowing the fleece to happen.
Yes or no? Can you blame any company for playing dirty against the naked short consortium who they themselves are playing dirty as we speak?
Should the interests of naked short fraud artists who are
wearing $2000 suits and working for Hedge Funds be protected so they can continue to rob the world of its wealth?
    How could this happen?
Because in this country and in this world ; we are capable of sending people to the moon, but we are too dam lazy to come up with an effective way to track down every last naked short ,no matter who he is, no matter who his friends are
and put the crooks in jail to be treated and tried with as much respect as any terrorist.

The SEC does not have enough manpower, money and teeth.
If that is the truth, then I say that America does not have its priorities straight.
Neither does the rest of the world.
The naked short war puts every dollar earned, saved and invested at risk
and everyday the naked shorts, the bad guys, are giving "us" a bloodbath
worst than anything we have ever seen on any battlefield..

It may be convenient not to do anything.
It may cost a fortune to clean up the mess and to build new prisons
    and
to put the crooks away for life, but the cost "not to do anything"
will be astronomically beyond any amounts the entire world
    could ever borrow-to-fix
    if the world just allows
    "naked short terrorism to continue"
That's where the 3rd world war is being waged.
That's where effort money and more money
    should be put.
We don't need a band-aide that costs 1000 trillion dollars.
What we need is to stop "naked short terrorism in its tracks
and we need to do it now"

    Make no mistake about it.
SPNGE may be collaborating with the SEC
but if the SEC expects to use this company
as a fall-guy to cover up their ineffectiveness
    towards nakeD short terrorism
    they will discover very quickly
    that the marketing geniuses
who put the American Cleaning COMPANY in every baseball stadium
CAN/WILL also use their media savy
    to cause justified public embarrassment
    to an administration
that continues to drag its a$$ on this issue
but is looking to avoid the weight of its
public responsability by putting the blame
on a company that is trying to survive
  • Maryanne
Go to www.alibaba.com (which is sa trading) and type in spongetech. Look at the product there. Also, there is another website for dubai that I ran across, but didn't save it. Anyway, check this one out.
Also, the company doesn't issue pr after an sec investigation last week for nothing. They say this is about the shorts - and well, we will see. I believe it.
  • Are you trying to sell me on your decision to short?
The dubai website ...is an orchestrated joke.

    If you are shorting congratulations.
You stand to make a bundle from now until the 10k
is filed and/or beyond , if the SEC discovers irregularities.

If you have not covered, please short some more.
    I find it very strange
that every short is so sure of their facts
so sure the stock will tank
    but so insecure
    that they feel compelled
to try to sell their decision
    whenin fact
    if i was shorting
    i wouldn't waste my breath
trying to save 'even one of the longs"..
  • Ashish
I have come across this stock on the following website http://www.hypergrowthstock.com , they give daily Penny Stock Video Alerts.I have invested in this stock after going through the stock analysis from the team of HyperGrowthStock.
