UPDATE: GVBP’s “partner” didn’t just end their collaborative agreement after just 4 days, they never heard nor talked with GVBP before. Check out Bridge Bio’s CEO emails to me.

You see all my blog posts on GVBP because more and more info is coming fast and furious as to just how much of a scam this thing is…I’m not gonna summarize all the facts anymore, just report on breaking news:

Sooooooo glad I’m short 30,000 shares at 49.5 cents/share, as TIMalert subscribers were first to know within seconds of my actual trade executions and in accordance with my study guide rules when several people brought to my attention that the PR titled “GENova Biotherapeutics and Beckpharma to sign collaboration agreement” from September 16th is nearly the EXACT boilerplate PR from a February 14, 2008 PR entitled “Beckpharma and NextGen to Collaborate

Compare, laugh and learn:

NEW YORK, NY, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - (OTCBB: GVBP.OB - News) - GENova Biotherapeutics Inc. (”GENova”), a biotechnology company that develops novel therapeutic proteins that disrupt the advance of life-threatening cancers, today announced it is in final negotiations with Beckpharma Ltd. (”Beckpharma”) -a pharmaceutical development company also involved in cancer treatments for an extensive collaboration agreement.

The two companies are presently preparing the contractual details of their collaboration, with the mutual goal of bringing their respective drug patents to market as expeditiously as possible.

“Beckpharma’s strength lies in identifying and acquiring promising cancer treatments through the relationships it has built with academic research institutions around the world,” said Aaron Whiteman, CEO for GENova. “Their expertise and experience in that area would be a welcome enhancement to GENova’s current sourcing efforts.”

AND:

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, Feb 14 (MARKET WIRE) —
NextGen Bioscience, Inc. (”NextGen”) (OTCBB: NXGB), a biotechnology
company that develops novel therapeutic proteins that disrupt the advance
of life-threatening cancers, today announced its intention to collaborate
with Beckpharma Ltd. (”Beckpharma”) - a pharmaceutical development
company also involved in cancer treatments.

The two companies have formalised their desire to collaborate in a recent
Letter of Intent, and are presently preparing the contractual details of
their collaboration. They plan to primarily focus on the sourcing of
cancer treatments, but are open to future expansion to other therapeutic
areas as well.

“Beckpharma’s strength lies in identifying and acquiring promising cancer
treatments through the relationships it has built with academic research
institutions around the world,” said Konstantinos Kardiasmenos, CEO of
NextGen.

THEY DIDN’T EVEN CHANGE THE WORDING OF THE PR, IT’S JUST A RECYCLED BOILERPLATE PR.

And to make it even more fun, check out this old PR “NextGen Bioscience, Inc. Appoints Scientific Advisory Board“:

NextGen Bioscience, Inc. (”NextGen”) (NASDAQ: NXGB), a biotechnology
company that develops novel therapeutic proteins that disrupt the advance
of life-threatening cancers, today announced the formation of a
Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) comprised of three well-known industry
leaders.

NextGen’s SAB members, Anders Boegh Jensen (SAB Chair), Dr. Wang Chong,
and John Savin will contribute their considerable expertise to the
company as it pursues its mandate to develop, patent and commercialize
ground-breaking cancer-fighting biotechnologies, with a focus on breast
and prostate cancer.

For those of you following this thing as closely as me, you might recognize these names from the GVBP management team listed on their website:

John Savin, Vice President of Business Development B.Sc., Ph.D., M.B.A.

Dr Wang Chong, MD, MBA

And Anders Bogh Jensen was on the GVBP website as of a few days ago, but late Friday night at 8:25PM EST ended that relationship, as I wrote about in this blog post

Nextgen (NXGB) now trades at 0.007 cents/share…at least it did the last time it was traded 10 months ago…hm,,, I wonder how much GVBP is worth?

The other point to consider is that Nextgen managed to get up to $18 at its peak. Who knows what kind of shady tactics the pumpers are going to use next. If someone has over 100 mil in shares, they will fight to push the price up. If they tried to sell now the price would tank for sure. Therefore, there could be more to come...
  • Adreno, GVBP's scam is too blatant, the SEC has received hundreds of letters of complaint..BridgeBio ended their relationship after 4 days...the guy with 100 million shares will take his $50mil, probly $10-15il by the time he can sell everything and GVBP will be proven as the single best short in the stock market today.

100% agree, its a blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant blatant scam.

Just saying IF the SEC don't stop it asap then this guy could easy sell a million shares to raise money for a second pump. Wouldn't you if you were a pump and dump chump?!
  • I went to the Public library yesterday and today, I was able to use phones books all over the country and cut and paste into the SEC fields, I filed myself about 360 SEC complaints. I have sent a letter to the Ag's office in Nevada, my state and also sent one to Cuomo in NY.

The PUMP on this AGAIn is Henrik Rouf and his buddies at ClearVision, The Bark Group is working it as well. I think We may be able to bring down This POS before it hurts anymore Elderly, Single Mom's or novice factory workers.
  • Good Job Doc, you saved many a Single Mom's grocery money!!!!

Guys, I'm sorry to seem dim about this,... but I'm a complete beginner here. What is the deal with the Bridge Bioresearch/GVBP relationship? Are the two companies actually the same company? Or is Bridge an injured party trying to get out of a nasty situation? Or what?
