If you read my post from early early early this morning, you know I have a different theory about Serena Williams.

The video below confirms it, Serena isn’t yelling at the linesperson, she’s yelling at the SpongeTech Delivery systems, Inc. (SPNG) advertisement! Pump & dumps going mainstream baby!

you should investigate the companies the executives of spongetech now operate. They conrtol no less than 4 OTCBB companies with each fixated on share dilution this past quarter. Moe interesting is that each receives their funding from the same source; the privately registered companies they created.

I wonder, how does a guy who filed for personal bankruptcy in 2001 and another who owns or operates 3 domino stores come up with all this capital to finance shell companies with tens of millions of dollars? Can you say Pump and Dump with getFugu next on the list.

And how well does RM Enterprises hold up their obligations? Well if they ae short cash because they haven't pumped the stock for sale, they fail to make the necessary payments required. This from a MAP VI filing (A company that Metter is CEO and Chair of)

As described in the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K, filed on February 5, 2009 and amended on Febrruary 6, 2009, a judgment and subsequent supplemental judgment was entered in the aggregate amount of $5,511,790.11 in favor of BC Media Funding Company II (“BC”) and Media Funding Company, LLC (“Media Funding”) against Frank Lazaskas, Michael Metter and B. Michael Pisani, directors of the Company, along with a fourth individual, as personal guarantors (the “Guarantors”) of a $5,500,000 loan to the Company by BC and Media Funding.

  • SPNG on NASDAQ
Tim, it's better to be thought a fool than to speak and prove it.

You sound awful short to me, You have lost any credibility you may have had left

To report Tim and this blog to SEC click here:

the post is just smart business. Tim is taking advantage of the likely surge in search engine keywords for Serena Williams.

He does it all the time. I would too....
  • You posters are all crazy! It seems to me like Tim's post has a a bit of humor in it. Can he help it that SpongeTech paid to place a banner ad at the tournament? Do you guys think Tim planned this or something? Sorry to seem like I'm kissing ass, but every time I read a post here bashing Tim I ask myself: Why is this person taking the time to read and post here to begin with?

Don't you just LOVE the SPNG exposure

Every weekend Spongetech is on tv or in the news, Don't you just LOVE it!

Formula one racing, Tennis, NHRA drag racing, Nickelodeon, ESPN, Discovery Channel HBO Hard knocks... the list goes on and on, Spongetech is becoming a household name while generating over 20 million new orders a month with over 25 new products in the pipeline.

I have personally gained over 500% and still climbing every day since my original buy. And now SPNG is going NASDAQ

This is why people like Tim hate being proved WRONG in such a big way, Who would ever buy anything on his site after SPNG goes on NASDAQ That will CRUSH poor old Tim

    LOVE IT BABY
