Shorted IMMU on Friday when it broke the LOD at 5.86, just covered at 5.52 cuz it looked like a possible spike… one minute later dropped to 5.42 but still profited 80$ after commissions on only 250 shares thnx Tim

Vonage Holdings Corp. (VG) is getting written about by Barrons (who has no idea why it’s up so much and now featured in Businessweek, none of the journalists have watched my PennyStocking DVD, they think something is up. Nothing is up, no matter what news comes up, this one has millions of bitter shareholders who love selling intot his spike…even after the predictable initial spike at the open yesterday, it faded nicely all day…if it takes out the $1.36ish lows, it could drop quickly to $1 or below, potential short

Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group Inc. (RODM) keeps going up every day…remember, even though I look for stocks to short, they’re often great buys for days before they’re great shorts…this one has come up from $1.50 at the beginning of august so it might be too late now, I’ll wait for proper signs of shorting, it’s gonna be great!
YM BioSciences Inc. (USA) (YMI) has retreated from $2.25 to $1.70, but I just don’t see how much more it can go down since there’s choppy technical support in the $1.60s…some TIMalert subscribers made some good $ on this, I didn’t feel like trying to squeeze a short into such a small window, congrats everyone
Helicos BioSciences Corp. (HLCS) finished up 60% from $1.75 to $2.80 yesterday, lots of rumors and ideas of why it’s up so much, but given the company’s historical failings, this is a potential short, especially if I can get some short at technical resistance around $4
Immunomedics, Inc. (IMMU) dropped a bit more below technical support at $6 to $5.50, but after a quick morning drop, it was sideways all day, no thanks, not interesting to me now, congrats to those braver than I.
Dreams, Inc. (DRJ) had the ideal first down day of a big runner that I like to short, I just don’t like that it couldn’t break 2-day support at $1.40. If and when it does crack below $1.40, it could drop to $1.20ish, but I just don’t know how much downside there is since its up on contract wins, not Lebed emails.
Sinovac Biotech Ltd. (SVA) got approval for their swine flu drug and the stock gained more strength all day closing up 53% to $9.71…potential short on any excess strength. Ideally, this runs one more day so I can short into a predictable third day drop
SciClone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SCLN) is at it again, breaking out on 2.6 million share volume (huge for this stock) above previous highs by 2 whole cents/share to $4.86…this stock is uptrending nicely and its good for those with patience, but buying breakouts has never been a home run. I’ve aimed for home runs, but caught it twice for only 20-30 cents/share at a time…it’s gonna have a ton of sellers at $5, it’s a potential buy, I just don’t know if it’s worth my time to try to make another 20-30 cents/share with the risk of it failing
