Fannie Mae (FNM) and Freddie Mac (FRE) are two Penny Stocks breaking out…their technical’s support them being potential buys, but these are distressed companies, not the kind of manipulated/hyped up Penny Stocks I like playing because my kind have tons of predictable degenerate fickle traders in them, this game deals with the smartest/richest people in the world…I won’t play these stocks, but it all depends on who you want your competition to be…I prefer loser degenerates, how about you?

SciClone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SCLN) I gave nearly 10 minutes at the market open to prove to me it was worth holding, but when it proved it couldn’t take out the 6,000 share sell block at $4.40, let alone the major resistance at $4.50, I got out at an imperfectly executed $4.34…I’m glad most TIMalert subscribers and PennyStocking DVD students got better prices on the exit…the stock held up a little on the day, but it ain’t gonna breakout bigtime with this boring price action…glad I took my $800 profit and left…next key is it breaking $4.50 and that might be several days away…potential buy if it breaks, potential short if it double tops there…careful of fakeouts both ways.

JEDI MIND INC (JEDM) is a complete joke of a company and yet it spiked all the way to 30 cents/share from 16 cents, some TIMalert subscribers took the initiative and bought and sold quickly, congrats guys…obviously, waaaay more downside so shorting is best, but finding shares to short is difficult/impossible, basically it’s good for a laugh/better than Saturday Night Live

Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. (CBOU) and Diedrich Coffee, Inc. (DDRX), one has now officially broken out (CBOU up to the mid $8s from the low $7s breakout level) and one is just boring (DDRX)…CBOU could keep going, but I don’t trust this breakout since sector leader Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (GMCR) is also weak…potential short here.

ISTA Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ISTA) continued its meaningful breakout, gradually rising 25 cents/share yesterday morning then flat all day…no ply for me or anyone else unless you were quick…still a potential buy on any big dip, this might end up being a boring breakout like GPOR

Hemispherx BioPharma, Inc (HEB) spiked late day 17% yesterday, exemplifying what I was talking about on LiveStock last week for 20 minutes…this is one of the worst publicly-traded companies in the world and yet it’s a potential buy on this breakout, just gotta be quick since it’ll probly end and possible even be a decent short on any excess strength.

Rentech, Inc. (RTK) spiked back to $2.40 on a short squeeze, helped by popular newsletter writer Rev. Shark labeling it “stock of the week” and expecting higher highs…I don’t know if Rev. Shark is just blind, being compensated by this company or those who are doing its financings, but in no way is this stock a buy (Rev, what happened to you man?)…it might pop on short squeezes, but don’t drink the kool-aid here, it’s a sketchy press-release-pumped stock and with out more pumping, it’s gonna go the route of most pump & dumps and fade away…this is a potential short, as evidenced by yesterday’s perfect fading price action

might want to finish that blog title off by adding "to short sell" on the end, instead of pumping it like the douche you are.
