TIM trading account—now stands at $67,800ish, up $150ish on my late day CHINA short, holding overnight…up 5% in July up 59% in 2009 and up 445% in the last 22 months
Longer Term Account $53,624 made $650 total on my CHINA short, wimping out early as TIMalert subscribers did much better on this one than me!…account is up 7% since May inception

when you guys dumped your shares I waited for the selling pressure to ease up and bought the bounce on CHINA, in @3.25, out @3.45.. yes, I have your dvd’s Tim and I know sometimes these stocks don’t bounce… anyways, +100.. Thanks Tim!

CHINA I covered my short premarket at $3.52, lowering the risk of an opening gap up/morning spike and earning $650 because I didn’t find out until a few minutes later it’d been downgraded…bad luck, but I’m glad most TIMalert subscribers covered into the morning panic which took it down EXACTLY to the low $3s as I predicted in my initial alert…I re-shorted late in the day since it’d proven it couldn’t bounce, it was at a nice technical level and yesterday was just the first down day of a classic stairstep pattern (as I explain my original PennyStocking DVD package)…I’m looking for the mid $2s tomorrow, but will cover if I see much strength/an inability to take out key support at $3
NENE is Lebed’s latest pump & dump, had a nice morning panic yesterday (the kind I hope CHINA will have tomorrow), but then came back a bit…gotta be quick at shorting these things but there were shares available to short…now its dropped so I have no play either way
RINO is now over $15…it’s amazing how far these plays can run, told ya it had potential…I really need to have more confidence in myself, huh? I will not short into this awe-inspiring runup…potential buy for the aggressive traders out there
CBIS is a blatant pump & dump…man oh man I wish I could find shares, up from 5 cents to $1.44 high, now down to 90 cents/share after dropping a fully predictable 22% yesterday…these pumps are pissing me off that there are no shares available to short! Next!
BCRX, NVAX and DVAX are all swine flu plays and all have choppy charts, verrrry tempting to short, but given how these stocks move based on unpredictable news, it’s not worth the risk until the volume cools off…during news, they actually flip to buys if I can be quick
OHB is a random failing homebuilder that’s spiked from $1 to $4, now down to $3 in 3 days, definite potential short to probable consolidation back to the low $2s…hopefully the spike keeps going though to give it more downside potential!
JAZZ continued its breakout, perfect, perfect, perfect short squeeze past $5…everything else this stock does just rubs in the fact that I wasn’t there when the initial breakout/predictable runup happened yesterday…sickening…it’s not a short just yet, but it looks pretty weak
SOMX is nearly a triple from $1ish to $3, now its flatlining…this patient is near-dead, potential short if it cracks multi-day sideways price action, beware of potential spikes if it can’t breakdown, as its spiked 4 times in the past few days each times its failed
