How Did My Latest Penny Stock Trade Go? $10,000 In Profits Or Losses?
Posted by Timothy Sykes on Mon 6th of Jul, 2009 03:30:35 PMProfits of course, I’m on a hot streak, 11 out of my last 12 trades have been solid wins!
$1,300 profits for me, putting me up 418% in the last 20 months (yes, it’s real and verified by Covestor…see all the trades that it took to make it happen HERE) and over $9,000+ in profits for TIMalert subscribers!
Check out what I sent to TIMalert subscribers the other day:
Shorted 1500 KIRK at $11.53…first down day after spiking straight up from $8ish, no support until $10.50 and then $10…is this the ultimate top for this multi-month winner, I have no idea…all I know is this chart pattern, which I love, favors $1/share of downside and if it holds support in the $11.30 area (today’s low), I’ll cover for a small gain /loss…goal is to cover just above $10.50, stop loss in the high $11s if I’m wrong
The next morning I sent this to TIMalert subscribers in my premarket watchlist:
KIRK I shorted 1500 shares at $11.53 because it was right near support in the afternoon on the first down day of a strong stock, up most recently due to their add to the Russell 3000 index…yah, it was a nice setup, the key being it had to take out $11.50 support, which it’d previously failed to do the past 3 tries over 2 days…success so far, lots of TIMalert subscribers took quick profits of several thousand dollars, I held overnight with my goal os covering into a possible morning panic/stop losses getting taken out if it touches $11…no support until the mid $10s, so it’s a waiting game to see how it acts at $11, great risk-reward no matter how it plays out
And this is what I sent to TIMalert subscribers 2 minutes after the market open:
Bought To Cover 1500 KIRK Near The Market Open, Profit/Goal Achieved…covered at $10.60…perfect morning breakdown due to the strength of the chart pattern & the depressed overall market…very nice trade, another 7%+ profit, not trying to be greedy here since this stock isn’t as volatiles as most of the stocks i trade, nice $1300 profit
Nice for me, but even better for TIMalert subscribers as they posted on the subscribers-only TIMalerts.com website and mind you a yearly subscription to TIMalerts is only $447 (register HERE!) so you can see it’s verrrrrrry easy to make it all back with 1 good trade:
bad entry yesterday (11.14) and slightly better exit (10.48). $990 profit.
