Happy Eve Of Fourth Of July…this is the kind of scum that represents our country in today’s detestable stock market:

Compensation:

In accordance with Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, pursuant to a Marketing/Publication Agreement between an Affiliate of ?????? and ????????? Inc., such Affiliate has agreed to provide consulting services to ??????. In consideration for providing such services, the Affiliate is to receive up to 19 million shares of common stock ???????? Inc. and 12 million warrants to purchase common stock of ?????, Inc. upon the completion of certain milestones outlined in the Agreement. This is an inherent conflict of interest.

Inherent Conflict of Interest:

An Affiliate of ???????? (the “Affiliate”) has purchased shares of common stock of ????????, Inc. in private placements under the registration exemptions of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and anticipates doing so in the future. The Affiliate intends to sell its shares in the event the shares rise in value. The Affiliate may sell its shares for less than target prices. This creates an inherent conflict of interest.

BLATANT PUMPING & DUMPING, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE DEGENERATES!

THIS STOCK IS INEVITABLY GONNA BE A POTENTIAL SHORT FOR ME, TIMALERT SUBSCRIBERS WILL KNOW FOR NEXT WEEK, LET’S SEE IF ANYONE HERE IS SMART ENOUGH TO GUESS WHAT PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY IT IS WITHOUT ME TELLING YOU!

I must have missed some of your posts. But how can we short OTC/BB stocks? Thought we're not allowed?
  • david, of course you're allowed, learn from my DVD TIMfundamentals:

    Tim, love your work man.

Been lurking for a while here despite the unstable internet connection you have to give credit to my persistence in staying here long enough to learn and read your stuffs.

I'm in Asia here. Had bad experience with fulfillment center delay on shipping DVDs that I purchased online. Last DVD I bought came in damaged and 2 month-delayed. Of course, I can't say the same for your DVDs, but you never know. I'll probably save buying it once I make enough money from your alerts.

I've been spending like 12+hours daily learning stuffs for the past 2 weeks. My time have been spent now on learning stock screenings and candle sticks interpretation from stockcharts.com. Am finding the learning process intriguing.

Now, question, if I subscribed to your alerts, can I stand to gain from your alerts timely enough if I haven't mastered TIMFundamentals. If my understanding is correct, you will send alert via email and SMS (I guess this is out given I'm on the other end of the world). If this has been answered elsewhere in your blog, pls point me to the link. Sorry man .. am overwhelmed with your blog posts.

Now, don't mistake me for being taking the easy way out. I'd rather learn how you do it than ask for a stock pick. But because of my last bad experience in the shipment delay, I think I'll save the learning part of your DVDs later on once I make enough money.

Sorry to hijack your blog posts.

    Cheers, Dave
  • David, thanks, my parents ship my DVDs so no fulfillment here...really...we get our international customers their DVDs fast...wher ein Asia are you, my girlfriend and I will be in China for the month of august...that said, timalerts can be done without DVDs, they just help you understand what it is i'm talking about

liquidation of assests in latest press release even though the PR states of a conditional approval from FDA for an IDE.

    Just doesnt make sense...
  • TimAlerts.com subscribers got alerted to VRAL when it was @ $0.10.

The Dean alerted it to all his students back at $0.02.

    Food for thought.
  • yes dean, but my alert was technical/strategy-based, i wasnt getting called up to promote the sucker! as u say in your shitty informercial "the trend is your friend"
  • Oh I know, and you're spot on with the technical/strategy-based trade.

I was just using my previous post as an opportunity to market myself :)

    Thanks Tim.

*P.S. I have not been compensated by anyone to advertise VRAL but I do own 587,000 shares purchased in the open market.
  • John
Lol rationalize however you will Tim, but I'd take a 2 cent entry point above a 10 cent one any day! Wish I'd known about this earlier...
  • John, then by all means start an illegal stock promotion biz and get in on all the pump & dumps early..i prefer the legal technical way :)
