SpongeTech Delivery Systems, Inc. (SPNG.OB): TOLD YOU SO!

Posted by Timothy Sykes on Fri 12th of Jun, 2009 02:42:37 PM

After I featured this BLATANT PUMP & DUMP in THIS post, I got a lot of nasty emails.

Well, check it out today:
spng SpongeTech Delivery Systems, Inc. (SPNG.OB): TOLD YOU SO!

That’s how BLATANT PUMP & DUMPS DUMP. And this is probly just the beginning of the end for this carcass of a company.

You suckers who believe their informercials/PRs/message board chatter are just that, suckers.

Real companies don’t hire promoters to pump their stock and that’s why real companies don’t tank 60% intraday. This is not a real company, it’s a pump & dump.

Learn it, love it, profit from it (yes, you can short sell Penny Stocks!)

I might not have shorted it, but my TIMalert subscribers did and come next week, I’ll be posting over a dozen testimonials from PennyStocking DVD students who profited form this thing, study the required reading materials and you can profit form the next one! (or at least not get wrecked as too many of you who are reading this are getting)

I think your just using this to promote your own products. I do not believe anyone can predict the market, unless they are the ones manipulating the stock.
  • Cr, stick around, u can watch my trades realtime...my products are just there to teach people ahead of time, SPNG's pattern has palyed out 1,000 times in the last few years, guess what happens?
  • propTrader
SPNG is the reason why i take my profits reasonably quickly, because they can fall of the 'cliff' just like that
  • Big T
The biggest sucker and greatest SPNG video of all time, now shown on tomothysykes.com, is found on Utube. He has TWO of them, in fact.

This wannabe trader of forex, mostly, who has lost a bunch of money himself, recently gave "investment advice" to buy SPNG up the yazoo to all his "followers".

He lost a ton on it a while back, and thinks its a real company and provides a stock picking "service" to traders which is full of the usual bad advice that permeates this joke of an industry, as you often note.

Watch it here Tim, and post it as an example for us all!

    http://www.bullnbearanalytics.com/

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eiB-HpgCTmQ&...
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QI7soeMD1ew&...

This guy actually thought Spongetech was da bomb, hope that he did not lose too much money for his followers...
  • Cat
I just dont see this pump and dump with SPNG. Today they announced GOOD news, over $6 million in new orders, and suspiciously, right before it was announced, is when the "dump" happened, and then it recovered to .17....I think you are missing your mark and underestimating Sponge Bob, the sponge of which will be out very soon in stores.
  • Big T
    Tim regards my Livestock question:

I think AXL was a plausible short, but as you note, it IS a "real" company AND traded on NYSE no less. But look at the quick huge run-up and falling volume. Yesterday, mid day, it took out its closing price of Wednesday, like about 4.55ish. Afternoon fade?

The chart pattern alone seems to fit, at least. It continued to die on lower volume to 4.00ish, before the buyers found support. Profit taking and your strategies are mostly chart patterns, arguably, even though real companies act differently even when inexpensive, and are NOT penny stocks per se, they still see these run-ups in a very small amount of time and are profit taken, like AXL.

Now, it was over Obamas's car deal going through, and such overreaction news cannot hold, unlike "real" news like bang up earnings, so why not short it in the afternoon fade? I think your strategies are riskier on "real" stocks, but SOMETIMES are applicable, from what I have observed in several stock plays!

    Latest promotion by the firm:

    http://finance.yahoo.com/news/SpongeTechreg-Del...

"forward looking statements", not a good sign usually of a "real" company...
  • Mike
Tim do you really have to put obnoxious adds on every single comment entry? I mean its one thing to try to get rich but its another thing to be just plain tacky and sell your soul.
  • Allan
@Big T - just an aside, but you see the 'forward looking statements' safe harbor statement on all companies PRs (real or not real). Since trading stocks is risky, this is the companies way to protect themselves if things don't go how they expect. For example - http://www.apple.com/pr/library/2009/04/22resul... (1/3 of the way down the page, look for 'forward looking statements'). If this means that Apple isn't a 'real' company...then...

Don't want to fight about it, but there can be a lot more found about fake companies than having to turn to the Safe Harbor...
  • Tim I have to say that you are wrong on this one...this is a real company with real sales, real prifits, real contracts with major retailers, with real following and a real future. I can bet you the $30K (that I've made in this stock in the last 3 months) that this company will move on to $1 and be listed on the NASDAQ soon!

If this is a pump and dump, then how do you explain the volume and the quick turnaround after the drop...The stock was just getting rid of weak hands, that all.
  • ganoosh
    what a great day! in for 100k @ .11 then out 100k @ .16 ... Boooiiinng!!
  • tmcnasty
God I wonder how far of an intraday drop a stock would have to have before everyone that posts here would just say "Good call Tim! You were right."

Geez can't you losers at least man up and give the dude some credit when he calls a good one? I've been trying to short this POS all week. No shares. Gee I wonder why? CAUSE EVERYONE WAS ALREADY SHORT! LOL
  • tmcnasty
And Chiko the volume after the drop was hopefuls like yourself buying back in looking for .28c again. Dead cat bounce might be the term. Expect this one to go up a little more maybe and then that's it.

Unless Wal-Mart actually picks them up. ;)
  • Dave
Hate to say it, but Tim is right on this one (not like it was hard to call), but for you 'believers', here is what you have to look forward to for the next several months - note chart from Oct to Dec 07...the euphoria period, followed by the dump following - the realty check...it's a comin

    http://stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?chart=AQUI,uu[h,...

If that link doesn't work, scroll down to the 2nd chart on this page

    http://stockcharts.com/charts/gallery.html?AQUI

Oh yeah, everyone said AQUI was 100% legit too - they just had to be!
lol...these pumps are a thing of beauty to watch.
  • Big T
    Allan,

I agree it is protective legal-eze, but when YOU are the only one putting them out, it can hardly be good. Crap stock companies seem to see only forward lookers, and pay other firms to hype them. The bg guns have others ALSO reccommending them, etc. Point taken, though...
  • Big T
FWIW, if I recall correctly, SPNG historical high was hi .20s, like .27 or so, and it tanked right at resistance about, like .29

Just think if you shorted at .28 and bought to cover at .08! My broker had tons of shares, but I was not logged in and was watching Livestock! LOL...
  • now that i'm short i'll have a post this weekend for all u morons who actually believe 500 million volume is real...my god, u dont deserve me
  • Big T
You are now short SPNG via IB,Tim? Average price??
  • short 10,000 at 17.7 cents/share...longtermish
  • Big T
Only problem with holding shorts overnite and even longer, as here, is if it explodes 2000% you are dead. On a long only 100% of original dough is toast, etc. Unlikely to happen with Spongeturd, but remember that dude who shorted DNDN!
  • So what everyone is saying is that this company does not have the potential to go to a $1? If that is the case....Let me share my own opinion...I think it will

Hey Tmcnasty: I didn't buy anything shares today...I did that long ago when the stock was .01 (don't assume ever again, lol). I like Tim, but just believe that he is totally wrong about this one.
  • Big T
Trouble is SPNG 's Moskowitz has a past history being involved with skanky penny stocks, one stem cell pinkie that last traded in 2008, another sub penny power supplying firm, etc. All cheeze whizzers. Spongetech is supposed to be different?
  • Big T
NHGI and WPEC, do your research, tied to Moskowitz, SPNG COO, these were shell games with changed names and last trades on one like last year. SPNG may be like these, except with CNBC commercials!
  • chiko, u and every morong who thinks SPNG can go to a $1 deserves to lose your $, nonetheless, i will save you from your own naivety with a detailed post this weekend, u can thank me by educating yourselves:

    http://www.timothysykes.com/store
  • Wow, first you had the idiots defending HEB....now you have these jokers defending SPNG.

I'm glad they're around though...I need somebody to whom I can short sell shares
  • CR
There is all much speculation. I do believe its a solid company, despite individual histories. But how its traded doesnt always reflect on how good a company is. IF big players are going to manipulate the share price, and they can since its a penny stock, they will do so as long as they can. I think SPNG is really not predictable at this point other than its volatile and will continue to be until it can get on the nasdaq. They have a plan to make it happen, however they do it they will succeed in the end and all the manipulations will end up being just being little rumbles. Hold it if you want, youll be fine in the long run, trade it if you think u can make a profit. The company itself isnt going down.
  • CR, if when you refer to "big players" you mean institutional traders and the like, keep in mind that institutions rarely trade penny stocks...particularly stocks trading only 10-20 cents per share or less. There's no big players manipulating SPNG. The only manipulation going on is the pumping and dumping.
  • frankmazzolli
the scammers are going to drop it like this a few times and bring it back so you guys will buy without limit orders.

why would a small private company with a good product and strong sales raise capital with equity?

then look at what they did with the equity they accumulated: they bought advertisments at baseball games with their ticker symbol on it. how stupid do you have to be to believe this is a real company?

would you be so excited about this stupid company if it was still called "romantic scents?"

    idiots.
  • Long term short on SPNG
You're wasting time educating him, Yngvai. I want the dumb buyers so I can short it next week (missed it today). LOL
  • ricardo
Friday June 5th at 7:45am adam feuerstein published his "bad company" opinion about heb on the street .com, which failed to devalue the stock, more bad news were released by feuerstein again at 11:00 am, the stock plummeted and millions of shares were bought in large amounts, feuerstein did his job for somebody twice a day , do your homework , read the late articles and real results from other parts of the world,
  • frankmazzolli
sorry i mean equity they sold, not accumulated. im pretty angry about this. i wish i had the balls to play penny stocks
  • ************
bad news were released by feuerstein again at 11:00 am, the stock plummeted
    *************

    Not this shit again!

Does anyone here know how to read charts?

The stock plummeted before the 11 am article reposting. And it was the same article that had already been posted 3 hours earlier anyway.

    *************
millions of shares were bought in large amounts,
    ************

Its called the massive amount of shorts covering to take their profits, along with dumb dip buyers.

I guess I should love the fact there are people like this though. All the more people to whom I can short sell my shares.
  • ricardo
not so dumb yngvay my position was added at .038, also spng two weeks ago at .085
this is a game i like to play , try to short spng on monday
  • shawn
eh it's just the pump and dump firm trying to cover up the scam.
  • drew
Tim, what exactly are you selling here? Stock advice or DVDs?

You are selling yourself and nothing more. I doubt you make much money in the markets. You are probably a slick talking salesman, selling over priced DVDs.

    Give me a break!
  • Drew, your research skills are laughable. here dumbass:

    http://www.timothysykes.com/about
  • Steve
Too bad there's no way to confirm your shorts. I highly doubt there's any truth to it because you seem like an intelligent person. You pray on the inexperienced and naive. You will suck all the money out of them and then they will be gone. I feel sorry for them.

I still remember every time I ever stole something when I was a kid, and I feel bad about it. I will never forget. You are either a psychotic liar or you, too, feel the negative karma you are creating. I truly feel sorry for you, but this is your path, and you will someday regret your actions. Self-loathing will probably lead you to heavy drug use and alcholism.
  • shorted through interactive brokers, but it doesnt really matter...what matters is my track record and happy customer testimonials:

    http://www.timalerts.com

silly pumpers have no idea what i'm gonna do to their illiterates asses over the next few years, domination time, idiots gets slaughtered
  • Tim K
    Tim,

You are right about a few aspects of SPNG's business model.

Yes they diluted shareholders tremendously, but that was to raise capital (at least they aren't buried in debt like most of the nations companies right now).

Yes they paid stock alert websites cash and stock compensation to pump their stock, but only to get the word out about their company. There is reasoning behind all of their activities, but it's not all a big scam as you are saying.

I hope you are just bashing this stock to help your short position.

Watch this video and I sure hope you don't owe your broker 200% when we open on monday.

    http://hosted.mediasite.com/mediasite/Viewer/?p...

    Sincerely,

Someone who has researched this company much more than you. And that's a promise =)
  • LOL, this is a blatant pump & dump, the people running it are promoters, the investors are experienced pump & dumpers, not very difficult at all
  • SPNG BOB
If this company is even legit, its not a good buy. This company has no real track record of profits and nobody knows the future of the company, whether it goes bankrupt or becomes an ok company (lol). I mean they are selling towels, kind of like CROX just a fad. Its not like they are the next big thing. Dont buy hype and learn how to invest people.
  • no, this has nothing to do with their retail product whatsoever...the only product that matters is their stock price, they've manufactured it and have marketed it well...when will u guys understand?
  • Tim K
Well Tim I say dumb. ignorant and ill-researched things so I'm sorry I've wasted your time in making you edit my dumbass comments. I'm gonna stay a penny stock sucker and lose lots of $, thanks for trying to help me though, i'll definitely remember you tried warning me but I was too narrow-minded to see it!
  • Tim K
Thanks for confirming the accuracy of my post by editing it. Poor kid. Enjoy spending the rest of your life trolling the internet spreading gloom and doom as well as filtering your blog comments. No wonder you have such a poor reputation preceding you.
  • poor reputation? LOL, idiots dont really count, i can never help them...all that matters is i put out good solid picks all the time...u can say whatever u want about me, but my family and girlfriend are off limits, i'll edit u until the sun comes up
  • Tim K
You put your girlfriend in one of your stock videos. If you bring people from your life into the public eye they are public figures and your website viewers will most definitely make comments about them, and rightfully so.

I'm done trying to lecture you about silly things you should already know. See ya never you fake.
  • syn
Is that all the money you have? And start giving people advices, what a tool?
  • no you research incapable half brains, but thank u for your assumptions in helping me to prove how incompetent penny stock people are!
  • Nelson
No wonder you were thrown out of the financial industry...If anybody goes against your word you throw a fit and disrespect them. It's called the real world and that's why you're still not in it, but on your own.
  • thrown out of the financial industry LOL? on my own? gooood, just the way i like it
  • >Drew, your research skills are laughable. here dumbass:

OK. One tweet from twitter! I guess that's good! Strong showing.

I remember "studs" like you from high school; you know, the guys after gym class, that would shower with their drawers on.

And I'm the dumbass. Cute, really cute.

Good luck to you my friend. Shower on!
  • LSU
Wow Tim, I read all of your responses and none of them are positive. Is this typical for someone in your profession? What is your profession? I've seen a video where you contradict yourself about SPNG, is this typical for you as well?
