$4,000+ Profit A Day Keeps Depression Away & 14 New Hot Penny Stocks
Posted by Timothy Sykes on Wed 10th of Jun, 2009 12:55:58 PMThis was sent to TIMalert subscribers at 11pmi-sh last night so they could be prepared with solid trading ideas for today, don’t you wish you were so special?
TIM trading account—now stands at $58,513, up $700ish in June, no trades, no positions, account is now up 372% in the last 18 months.
Longer Term Account $50,737, up $737 since $50,000 on May 1, 2009 inception, no positions.
Took a day off since there weren’t any great plays…it felt good. Almost traded SPNG and GPRe, but held back since the price action was perrrrfect. Some of you are asking why I always talk about yesterday’s price action…simple…the previous day’s price action is the single BEST indicator for today’s price action…quote me on that. ‘Twas a very slow day and yet TIMalert subscribers still made $4,000+…check out this rather cool Tweet from my first TIMalert lifetime subscriber (learn more about that HERE)
Got in collegestock’s pump CTHP last week @ .40. Sold today @ .51.

MRNA was the latest hot biotech penny stock, positive drug news, it popped 100% at the market open, faded to finish up 70%…decent 40 cents/share drop, but very choppy/uncertain, not my kind of play, not many shares to short, no real edge here…I’ll consider shorting if it spikes one more day.
HEB had a few minor tanks, but was pretty flat yesterday, I’m not playing it either way before FDA news….as I posted last night it is rather comical how they now want to raise $150 million, but can’t even get the dates right in their SEC filing…I love the smell of incompetence in the morning!
STAA and CRDC are 2 speculative biotech’s that were popular several years ago, but have since faded to the $1s, both spiked yesterday on “positive” news…anything medical and cheap spikes these days, both are potential shorts when they return to the cemetery from which their stocks now reside
GPRE is a recent multi-day alternative energy winner, $3 to $9, now trying to consolidate, its been bouncy lately in the low $6s, tried cracking key $5.85 support yesterday, bounced again…I’ll consider shorting if it breaks below that level, but I’ve got some meetings today so you might have to learn my PennyStocking strategy on your own!
CTHP is the latest multi-promoter pump & dump…the pump season is clearly over for now, these manipulators could only get the price up from 35 to 50 cents, zzzzzzzzzz, not even worth my time to watch it.
RSOL is the little solar that could, keeps going higher, but now the volume has faded meaning it could/should start to tail off…potential short, but I doubt we’ll get any quick big drop, possible slow fading price action like MRM
CBOU & DDRX, these 2 coffee stocks are looking weaaaaaak, CBOU tried breaking out past $7 failed, DDRX had its first down day, could be the beginning of a big drop, especially now that volume has faded…both are potential shorts.
CHLN has now spiked from $2.75 to $4.75, good Stansberry Research, useful for shorting once the hype fades…I don’t want to rip on them anymore, I just want more picks!
GRH surged 60% to $1.80, declining comment, but speculation is they’re gonna get a new credit line…beautifully horrific longterm chart down from the $20s, I’d love to short if this rumor falls through, not before.
SPNG first down day on much lower volume, thought about shorting 50,000 shares, oh yes some brokers have them, but it finished near its highs, opening the door for a potential squeeze today…definite potential short though if the squeeze doesn’t happen, the volume continues to fade and we might see a nice gradual fade back below 10 cents/share…not my cup of tea, but I’ll short if the price action complies with my wishes…this is a pump & dump, never forget that.
SYMX looked like it was gonna fade later afternoon yesterday but it just sucked in some shorts…see this stock is nasty, remember past fake breakdowns, I’m not touching it!
GORX is just a $16 mil wannabe drug company, spiked from 50 cents to $1/share yesterday, resistance at $1/share, zzzzzzz, gimme more of a spike before I consider shorting such a tiny company.
DCPD has been pumped higher $5 to $8 in the last few weeks, they make blenders and juicers in China, LOL, seriously…their SEC filings have a few nasty surprises for anyone thinking they’re actually growing as fast as they claim…definite potential short, but no/few shares available so no point in ripping on them…c’mon Chinese pumpers, do your thing and get this to double digits
