10 Stocks That Will Lead To Stock Market Gains For You And Yours
Posted by Timothy Sykes on Tue 21st of Apr, 2009 12:45:07 PMSent to TIMalert subscribers around 12:30am EST this morning:
My TIM trading account currently has 2 open positions, short 4000 NTWK at 62 cents and short 2000 KIRK at $6.45…unrealized profits of $400ish yesterday…account size is up to $45,805, UP 4% in April, UP 8% in 2009 & UP 269% since inception in November 2007
Seriously, today is the last day that you can get a year of TIMalerts and 2 FREE months of daily video TIMalerts watchlists for $197, we gotta do everything manually so there won’t be anymore TIMalert sales for a very long time, please take advantage of it now so you don’t come whining to me after the sale is over because I’m not extending it…tonight at midnight, is the deadline….see all the details HERE.
KIRK I’m short overnight on because it was the 1st down day after a huuuge multi-day momentum ride from $3 to $8….huuugue morning panic yesterday crushed it too quickly for any alert nor most TIMalert subscribers who still don’t understand that this EXACT pattern is outlined extensively in my PennyStocking Part Deux DVD…good news is mid-day it performed a perfect triply top so I shorted before the market close and am looking forward to another morning panic, as momentum investors/traders are scared and cut losses quickly…ideally it retests yesterday’s low of $5.60, but I’ll be happy to get out anywhere below $6 as that’ll be some great risk-reward profits, whether or not this turns out to be the actual top…afterhours news yesterday of them closing stores doesn’t mean much either way, but it’ll make shorts scared
Kicked $KIRK +$504.02, too frickin slow for my level of patience.

ASH had its 1st down day after a multi-day runup, I’m not sure how much downside there is though because this a real company and there’s support at $15, just under its $15.50 closing price, no position, next!
NTWK I knew my short 4000 shares at $0.62 sucked, as I told TIMalert subscribers, but this is a clear pump and dump from StockPreacher, a true stock promoter, whose disclaimer as I noted in THIS blog post, allows him to do pretty much anything to the stock…just the 1st day runup though so if it starts spiking, I might cut my losses (at 64 cents/share, I’m down $75 on the position), but the thing with true pump and dumps, sometimes you have to risk pain because when they’re over an true “gimmes”, there aren’t any shares available to short….I’m pretty comfortable with my short, even though if I was trul disciplined, I’d have cut my losses as the stock didn’t go negative or even fade on the day…if it doesn’t go up much today or drops a bit, I’d love to cover in the mid-to-low 50 cent range (I know, I wish it’d gone up more to give me more downside but some crappy companies, and this one is one of the crappiest, can’t even go up that much)Actually some DVD students of mine made $ going long, a risky but solid strategy if you can be quick:
shorted and covered already for an extra $400, including my long earlier I made $1287.51 on NTWK today … will short more and big on bounces

bought .4497…i made $586

DFR turned out to be the typically great short when a stock quintuples like that in a few days…it finished down 17%, but was down closer to 30% by 10:30am (the same stop-losses-getting-taken-out-induced morning panic as CZZ the other day and KIRK today…yup, it’s not random…yup, my PennyStocking Part Deux DVD Package explains it all…yup, you need to get it!) See yesterday’s video watchlist to see how this was fully predictable (sorry, still looking for a solid password-protected video website anywhere, blehhhh!) (unfortunately there weren’t any shares to short, next!)
CZZ tanked another few percent, but the big and predictable $ had already been made on Friday…good news is some stubborn people, like my web designer, stay in faaar too long and this time it worked out to their advantage:
Made $150 or so, nice Tim!

CAR and DTG were wacky today, CAR morning panicking itself to a 25% drop by 10am, then surging 30% by 11am…awesome for quick traders, while DTg just tanked 15% and stayed down…no play for me on either, if I was a more aggressive short seller, or had the long awaited instant alerts, then maybe (system coming in the next few weeks, still beta testing now…)
SCON has surged from $1 to $3 in the past 2 days and then after the market close, they announced they’re beginning tests on a new telecom stuff at the end of this year…yah, today’s news was basically leaked, I love the penny stock corruption/insider trading that the SEC is too incompetent to pick up on, but they’re faaaar away from anything meaningful, potential short, potential short, potential short!
BSHF tanked a fully predictable 30% yesterday, 2 TIMalert subscribers found shares, but don’t want me naming them (probly in fear others will use their tactics to find shares to short!) Congrats, I don’t even know how they found shares, but the screenshot one of ‘em showed me looked awfully convincing….next!
DFSH was another promoted stock, a nice triple up from 15 to 60 cents, yesterday was its first down day, probly because its now DFSHE due to a lapse in SEC filings, whoops! Potential short…
