LiveStock is today 1-2PM EST so be sure to tune in HERE, we’re gonna cover alllllll the stocks we’ve been playing lately, seems like there’s been 100 plays and 100 testimonials from TIMalert subscribers in the last week (actually about 20 great plays and 85 testimonials ☺)

Remember, you only have until Tuesday to take advantage of the special $197 annual TIMalerts subscription…you gotta email us first HERE so we can manually add you for this special promo price

Not many great plays today, thankfully, time for a rest, don’t force trades when there aren’t any great setups!

JSDA surged form 90 cents to $1.30ish as there are takeover rumors…hahaha yeah right, silly Yahoo! Finance message board people….more like lots of little consumer brands like KKD and CROX were surging, tis the season/.this is a potential short on any further strength, although it already tanked as it couldn’t hold its gains, closing at $1.10ish, topping nearly perfectly around the last top

CROX is actually trying to breakout gradually/uptrend, not volatile enough for me to play either way and it’s a real company…next!

KKD surged 51% to $3.46 on solid earnings, it gradually uptrended all day and finished at its highs yesterday so it’s definitely not a short, potential buy, same probable price action as APWR, FEED, ZLC, RT….if I do buy, I’ll be extra quick though as patterns evolve

ORCT surged 40% to $3.70 yesterday on news of a foreign contract (which needs to be translated, but we basically know its big)…the stock barely budged all day, if it keeps spiking for a few days, it’s a potential short, otherwise I proly won’t play it

DCTH exemplified the perfect 3rd day short pattern—morning panic then sideways price action, should trend lower today, but it’s not up enough to get me truly interested in shorting, support in the $2.30 area so only 20-30 cents of potential downside, next!

OMX did not break through support at $5…so it becomes a potential buy (see how a failed breakdown changes a potential short into a potential buy?)…squeezed short sellers to $5.90, nice, but it already retreated to $5.60…potential buys off failed breakdowns (like FEED the other day) are quick, not multi-day holds…and you know how bad I am with quick buys (hence me not playing it)

CZZ has now gone sideways after many days, hanging around $4.25…remember when I shorted the other day at $4.04ish…well, if volume continues to fade, it could take out that key support at $4 and then it could be a good short…potential short!

VION is the DNDN-like play that just keeps going, already sucked in shorts 2 days ago, now squeezing them, so far its surged 50 cents to $1ish, I want higher priced before shorting, although there’s not many shares to short anywhere

MGPI and BSDM both downtrended a bit, but their pathetic daily volume of 50,000 each means I don’t care much about them although the short side is better than the long side, statistically speaking

DFR has now surged from $1ish to $3.75 in 2.5 trading days, news of new ventures/capital, not great to short, as shorts are learning…potential short today or Monday but scarrrrrrry, and I gotta get the proper price action (as PennyStocking Part Deux DVD students know)…glad some TIMalert subscribers are making $ from buying this runup:

60 easy bucks going long dfr from 3.50 to 3.70, would consider short if momentum reverses but no shares around
-Carlos

CAEI had a nice multi-day breakout above $1.50 to $1.70…wooo hooo, real companies are soooo boring, potential buy although its lack of big moves means I probly won’t play it.

AXPW keeps surging, now up from $1 to $2, tough to short a company that just won a contract, keep it going guys, tough to short on Fridays, let’s hope for a massssive squeeze! (not good to buy so late in the pattern as when the squeeze is over, this could really tank)

Just wanted to thank you Tim. Although I am not a subscriber, you featured UCBH as one of the stocks that are breaking out. I bought UCBH and ENTG because ENTG was another stock featured. After a 3 day hold ENTG failed to break out so I got out at 1.47 and broke even, as for UCBH I have held on to this and it continues to break out with a steady rise going into this weekend.

I looked up the earnings report and the conference coming up looks promising as their projected earnings are a +50% increase from last quarter. Combine this news with the current uptrend and the insider transactions that have taken place and I think this stock may turn out to lend 100% increase in profits in the next week or two. Just incase though, I have placed a trailing 12% stop.

I know this isn't your style of trading, but I have watched your videos and I find it suiting to mix it with my style.

    Thanks again,
    Dan
  • Alpha going paid
TIM, why do all gurus not show results, do free stuff, and then hope they can get people to pay for a year and then go broke in a few days?? Sad, very sad. "I realize that this decision will upset some of you but it is also a business decision that I am sure you would agree makes sense if you were in my position." ?????
  • anyone will useful/valuable content should have their stuff reflect that value
