(I don’t think anybody’s made a million….yet)

    I was checking out this stock and I noticed something interesting I'd
    like to discuss. PSPM has a market capitalization of about $100
    million but according to their 2008 financial statements: (see the
    balance sheet on page 2)

    PureSpectrum Lighting has exactly $312 in cash (dollars, not
    millions). That's it -- three hundred and twelve dollars. I bet a lot
    of you have more than that in your pocket right now.


    In fact PSPM's total current assets amount to $3,824, mostly in
    prepaid expenses, but their total current liabilities (short-term
    debt) exceeds $540,000.


    My question is simple: Why should a pinksheet company with $540,000 in
    short term debt, $312 in cash, no revenue, and surrounded by spam be
    worth $100,000,000?

  • PSPM is a typical scumbag pink sheet company, great for buying or shorting...depending on the pattern/manipulation....dont fall in love with it either way, just ride it for profits....u're either a paid promoter or sucker, either way u'll learn the error of your ways in the next few years either through personal losses or causing others losses, i pray for u that the pain isnt too great

    Only have made two trades with TimAlert. Currently at about -$300.00. The first trade was EK and then second was CZZ. CZZ was a perfect pattern but covered the day of the WFC news I believe.

    I bought PennyStocking Part Deux after the EK trade. We'll if I produce any results, definitely learned some things though.

    Key is results, and that's what I'm looking for.

    Bottomfeeeder sounds like one of the 12 year olds that used to post in a gamers forum from a game I used to play called Counter-Strike.

    I love people like Bottomfeeeder because I know that he lost a butt load of money and he's hurt at this point.     You have to understand why sykes is a fraud. He has sheep as followers I swear there is a huge huge industry on selling people products about how to get rich when the only person that gets rich is the guy selling the product. Timothy Sykes is just one more of those examples. He got lucky very lucky when he was in college -dumb luck - just about as lucky as winning the lottery - how do i know - well look at his performance this time. he is 2 years into trying to replicate what he did in college and is so far behind its not even funny. He will never ever get the gains he had when he was guessing. The sad thing is a bunch of inexperienced sheep probably with no college degrees in the 18-25 age range actually drink his cool aid and think they can get rich of what he teaches. This is an obvious lie.

    The man has made 11k a year trading and he makes 80k a month selling a bunch of sheep useless products.

    PSPM claims to have special patents for dimmer bulb CFL technology. Dimmer CFL's have been around for years and are made by a plethora of companys other than GE. Here is the link take your pick they are already cheap and effecient.

    Hey guess what fuck tard, look at Sykes posts and his audits... If he was putting in the amount of money that he was back in college he would have more money than you have ever dreamed of. Just because he's putting in a few thousand here or there doesn't disprove his ability to make money, it actually proves that if you're willing to risk more, you can gain a shit load more than what he's pulling in. He is consistently putting up gains, and he isn't afraid to show his mistakes.

    So let me put this into terms you will understand.

    1000 invested and you make a 10% gain. That's a 100$ increase excluding trading fees. Ok now Mike here's where your brain isn't registering this very basic fact for some reason. If you put in more money, your gains increase!!! IMAGINE THAT. It's a fucking miracle.

    Police had noted that McCay's apartment was filled with stock information and printouts from a website by trader and wall street personality Timothy Skyes whom McCay was said to emulate in mannerisms and trading behavior. McCay's apartment was described as upturned, in chaos and smelling of urine.

    McCay was also recently laid off from A.G. Edwards in Muskgogee, OK and according to some he put it all on the line with his last several trades with one of them being FAZ.

    FAZ a triple leveraged financial ETF and it's counterpart FAS follow indexed financial stocks and respond violently both positively and negatively in price, sometimes up to 25% in one day.

    Mr McCay, was last encountered by family members whom he shared his massive loss story with. Matt's Sister Sharon explained that he was 'going short' and that he 'entered a position of FAZ' in the mid 30s and was sitting at $9 a share the night he took his life.

    "He was walking around 'punch drunk'", said his sister.

    Another family member put it. "Matt would say something, and then a second later say the very same thing...then wander off for a drink".

    Mr. McCay's total loss was not disclosed, but the family said it was between $1000 and $2500 all of which was loaned to him from his grandmother's trust fund that he was going to get full control of by age 32.

    Matt is survived by hi sister's Sharon and Camy, and his parents Dan and Cinda.

    Dan you are completely wrong. Sykes strategy that he has devised - the only rational one requires that you trade thinly traded stocks. Stocks that are worth about $2 or less and trade about 14,000 shares a day. When you play a stock that only trades $14k in one day it is impossible to make more then $14000 a day on it. He isnt trading stocks that trade millions and millons of dollars.

    No one trades these penny stocks - why because you can only make a few hundred dollars a day with them.

    You cannot add more 0's because there are no additional shares to play with - no volume. Think about it - although I am fairly certain its beyond your grasp.

    Let's think for a second even if that story is real.....

    Ummm who cares? Obviously the guy didn't cut his losses quickly and made the mistake of using money he shouldn't be playing with.

    In any event and on the less sensitive side, Sykes hasn't failed to mention or warn us on any of the things that could happen if you don't take caution.

    Also, Sykes doesn't guarantee any of his posts are right, he only analyzes the variables and tells you what the stock is most likely to do. In most cases he is right, but he also safeguards his decisions by saying cut your losses quickly. And he's right, there is no 100% way to tell which way a stock is going to go, and if you are even right 51% of the time you make money. Tim is probably around the 70-80% range.

    For those of you that need 3rd grade explaination including Dan and MikeNYC let me explain why Timothy Sykes is a fraud:

    He started with $12k in capital.

    He is currently at about $45k after 2 years of trading.

    $45k - $12k = $33k in net profit

    Now his strategy is day trading which means the IRS Gets a huge huge chunk. 30% capital gains tax.
    33k * .30 = $9,600 taxed.
    So 33k - 10k = $23k

    He made $23k trading over 2 years.

    $23 fucking lousey thousand dollars. Do you people understand how terrible that is.
    He spends his entire day looking for trading opportunities that if he was washing dishes he could make more money. Instead you sheep think he is going to get your rich. Really really sad.

    $11k a year is poverty level. He trades penny stocks with very very low volume it is impossible to trade more then a few thousand dollars a day on these things.

    So those of you who drink his kool-aide you are only supporting his blog when he brags about making 80k a month. In return - he proves to you how to make $11k a year . Congrats!!!

  • mike, u just dont get it, even if i made $2k over 2 years and showed how i did it, a $300 DVD teaching how is a good value! what i sell is the process by which i make a few hundred/thousand per week...266% in 1.5 years shows this stuff works...funny thing is if i'd started with $125k and turned it into $450k, u'd say it was quality....that's the next few years, right now i just love sucking in ignorant haters, will help sales later on

    When you dedicate 8 hours a day looking for trading opportunities it takes away from your ability to hold a job - that is your job.

    If you had a job and got paid minimum wage working 5 days a week 8 hours a day that would be

    40 * $7.25 = $290 a week

    In 37 weeks working at minimum wage you could earn $11k a year. you would still have 15 weeks off.
