Yup, CoffeyGrinds gave me the head’s up and then the little sketchball of a company actually began following me on twitter…See their Twitter Profile HERE, laugh, and then follow me on my Twitter profile (just give into Twitter already, resistance is futile) I made fun of it at first, as did my girlfriend (follow her!), so I can keep you guys up-to-date with cool links and deals on my instructional DVDs!

Back to the shady weed company, Medical Marijuana, Inc. formerly Club Vivanet (CVIV), (see their shadddddddddy website HERE) and see their PR where they claim to have an amazing idea to make medical weed more popular, screw it, I gotta repost the whole thing, with the contact info for their PR director, Bruce Perlowin (a new and better Jim Blackman?!?!?!?) because it’s just too funny/ridiculous:

Taxability of Medical Marijuana Transactions

In February 2007, the California State Board of Equalization (BOE) issued a Special Notice confirming its policy of taxing medical marijuana transactions, as well as its requirement that businesses engaging in such transactions hold a Seller’s Permit. According to the Notice, having a Seller’s Permit does not allow individuals to make unlawful sales, but instead merely provides a way to remit any sales and use taxes due. Oh yeah, you can read this 24/7 Wall St article for all “the facts” about the company, but like the typical financial media elite, they regurgitate PRs like the retards that they are without doing any additional research whatsoever, dangerously misleading readers due to their incompetence.

(For shame 24/7 and Jon Ogg, am I the only one who friggin gets how pump and dumps work, you idiot writers don’t deserve internet access, it just spreads your naivety, makes more people invest in Penny Stocks, inevitably causing losses, in turn making them hate Penny Stocks when they really should just hate wannabe financial journalists like Jon Ogg & his incompetent boss Douglas MacIntyre (who knows the pump and dump world all too well considering he pumped and dumped his piece of shit company ONT a few years ago!)

So basically we have this shady company–what makes it shady, uhhhh, their business model, the fact they use Twitter to promote, the fact that their website exists only to build their mailing list as if they were selling a useful product like instructional DVDs that warned against but taught you how to profit, legally, from such shadiness, management, the fact that I’ve seen thousands of these things each with “revolutionary businesses”, NONE of which have ever panned out–whose stock is rising on pathetic volume:

…whose already been covered by a wannabe financial journalist, a shady stock promoter newswire, and yes we know, oh yes we know, that some bigger media outlets will pick up the story and write similarly naive/sugarcoated stories to get hits….well, this all adds up to this being a great potential short, eventually, but hopefully after a massive spam/promotion campaign by the company or “a third party” (LOL, too many Pink Sheets promoted by these imaginary third parties, c’mon grow up you little penny stock manipulators) and some dumb financial press (given the variables, this would be a potential buy, but the volume is so light and this thing could easily collapse 50%+ in a day as most pumps are prone to do, so I’ll only consider this a short unless the volume/manipulation really picks up)

Medical Marijuana Inc. has secured MOUs With Cannabis Collectives in New Jersey, Colorado, and California. They have also begun training classes. Seems you are only out to bash others so you can sell your own products. So what make you an expert in Medical Marijuana?

    I bough stock when it was only $0.24 and now it is holding steady (in spite of all the shorts) between $0.50 and $0.55.

    Study of 4000 indicates marijuana discourages use of hard drugs

    A ground-breaking study of 4117 marijuana smokers in California1 reveals that the ‘Gateway Theory’ probably had it backwards. Instead of enticing young people to use other drugs, this study suggests that marijuana may have the opposite effect.

    This first-ever clinical examination of a large number of medical marijuana applicants depicts a population that is remarkably normal.     tim im a prop trader, forgot to thank you on that UOMO short, i play with 300k every day, i feel somehwat responsible for the difficutly of borrowing UOMO becuase i shorted a good 10k and BTC at 0.4 for a hefty 7k profit in two days. ps i think your strategy is vialbe, but i make more money than you in a year! get into this stuff kids because its definately the best for those with accounts under 100k.

    I'm not familiar with this site, nor am I very familiar w Medical Marijuana, Inc, but i came across it on pink sheets bc its been trading at a high volume. Mr. Sykes, I've never read your site before , but you come off as some sort of wannabe Bill O'reilly with your comments. Someone is attempting to have an educated conversation about the company and it seems as though you are incapable of such. Its really sad and rather childish. Maybe you didn't get enough attention growing up, but bashing another persons work is beyond unprofessional, and its downright immature. I never post on boards like this bc I don't have time to do it regularly, but felt that I had to based on the way you acted towards "healthyherbi." Grow up.

  • Thani you Inquiring Investor for your support. Medical Marijuana is trading at a high volume and is also meeting the objectives in the business plan. They are currently programming the first card to be used in the industry for tax remission on a daily basis as well as rewards programs and customer loyalty programs pre-programmed in. They also have 4 other MOU's with dispensaries and are in the process of building their customer base.

    My question regarding what makes a good penny stock investment has still not been answered.

    FYI Tim Psychs I will NEVER be a customer of yours. I am very sure there are more intelligent and mature people out there who really want to help potential customers.

    penny stocks? not really my thing but it is shady dealings in dark alleyways and on lonely message boards that send these things up high a lot of the time. From my experience people get too emotional and put all their capital into a sub-penny share because they think about how much they would make if it shot to a dollar.

    But tim i do think you should listen to people more however it has to be said that tim's straegy is a viable one, whilst im 28 i make 1.5m pre tax a year prop trading, penny stocks are probably 5-6% of my activity. The rest for me if buying techincal breakouts, and using a lot of techincal analysis jargon like the elliot wave, fibonacci, stochastics, bollinger, all of which took me years to 'master'.

    Personally for those with a small account pennystoking USING TIM STRATEGY is the best way to go, never ever put all your money into one stock hoping its be the next dell, tim strategy seems to gurantee solid 10%+ gains here and there

My husband and I have never invested before and we both felt this would be worth trying. Where could I find information about how many shares I would have to purchase and where I can make those purchases. I would appriciate the help.
