Here are the stocks I’m watching, the overall market is barely hanging on, technically-speaking, today’s unemployment numbers retail sales at 8:30 will have a big impact as to whether we can bounce nicely or crack support and plummet into a full blown market crash that will inevitably lead to a great depression, have a good day!
CRAY broke out of its recent price range on good earnings, I expect some continuation rallying, but not sure how much considering how weird a company this is, they expect ‘a wide range of possibilities in 2009’….not exactly encouraging guidance, it’ll probably act like fellow decent earnings but many bitter shareholder play HRZ, potential buy
ZAGG is the one I’m long overnight 5000 shares from $1.49, see my detailed thoughts HERE
ARNA I lost just over $600 shorting too early, only good news is that I cut my losses quickly at $6.45…at this rate my buy-to-cover TIMalerts are turning into great buy alerts…oh wait, I’ve always said that, this game can be played both ways, those of you with intelligence should recognize that. Several TIMalert subscribers actually profited on this, I’ll get all the testimonials together when I have time to do a detailed post! This one hopefully will keep squeezing shorts, resistance at $7 though so still be on watch for a potential fade/panic in the coming days…potential short, I can’t buy anything like this with this many sellers, just not my nature.
SA is a gold stock that’s breaking out of a multi-month base…potential buy in my mind, especially if gold starts running.
XL jumped 60%+ yesterday on good earnings, this one’s been hit hard so it’s a potential earnings turnaround play, great afternoon breakout, I’d love for it to retest $4.25 and then breakout past $4.85 and $5…that’d be my ideal pattern to buy
