Why I Bought The Breakout On Zagg Inc. (ZAGG) & Think It’s Probly This Year’s Forward Industries, Inc. (FORD)

Here’s the email/text message/private blog post on TIMalerts.com I sent out to TIMalert subscribers earlier today:

Bought 5000 ZAGG at $1.49 on the breakout…previous high of $1.49, plenty
of support in the $1.35-$1.40 area…they make invisible shield for mobile
devies like blackberries, todays report out of RIMM saying people aren’t
buying new blackberries means they have to take better care of their old
ones! I know its a stretch, but sales are zooming, see all their
achievements in a recent CEO letter HERE…yes, it is hype, but gotta
love a stock that knows how to hype itself with only a $28 million
marketcap, potential upcoming nasdaq listing and published financials
that actual show sales up exponentially and profits, yes
profits…supposedly gonna earn 20 cents/share next year on a doubling of
sales to $36 mil, see for yourself, good story for now, remember FORD,
the laptop case-maker that surged a few years back, eerily similar here…my
goal is to sell at $2 within the next few days/weeks, careful it is a bit
illiquid

That about sums it up nicely…for those who don’t know FORD was a boring little laptop case-maker that surged from the low single digits to $30+ back in 2005. That company had a similar niche product technology add-on and surprisingly similar fundamentals…

Anyway, here’s ZAGG’s one month chart:

zagg Why I Bought The Breakout On Zagg Inc. (ZAGG) & Think Its Probly This Years Forward Industries, Inc. (FORD)

You can clearly see the last big breakout was 1/28 and the next day, in fact, the next few days were nice continuation rallies..I fully expect the same this time and it’s only a matter of time before the volume spikes beyond 300,000 and people truly see this for the undervalued microcap it is.

All I want is $2/share and then I’m out, let’s not be greedy here!
