Sent to TIMalert subscribers at 8am today, and several were able to reserve shares of some of the hard-to-borrow stocks…next new subscriber wins something, I dunno what, but something, let’s see who wins, maybe I should have a real contest too, hmmmmm:

Some more good plays setting up:

CPY is finally really squeezing the shorts, all the way up to $7! This is
why we as responsible short sellers cut losses quickly, aggressive/master
traders would even flip their position and buy the breakout at $3-4ish when
we shorts were really getting squeezed…potential buy here.

GERN fooled the shorts—well not me, I said it’s still in play, too hot to
short for a big drop (oh yes, I have picked up a few nuggets of wisdom over
the years, been doing this for quite a while)…will be interesting to see if
it can break above recent highs, then it’d be potential buy for a short
squeeze (if you don’t know what a short squeeze is, check out my
ShortStocking instructional DVD)

NURO just keeps going, up to $1.75 from 75 cents a few days ago, god bless
you TIMalert subscribers who can ride these things from the long side,
not for me, I’ll short on the way down as this companies stinks

ISSC is a one day popper on earnings, irrelevant to me

POZN just keeps going, tough to short on continued drug hype/hope…just
watching, but I like the bigtime price gain so far here

SKYT looks very interesting as a potential short, perfect chart pattern,
will be trying to find shares to short every day til it drops big

STEM is the same as GERN, if you buy one, might as well trade the other

UXG is a gold play, irrelevant to me, just a low probability guessing game

THM is another metals play, but its spiking as if it wants to be shorted
(look at all its other spikes)…potential short

WGAT is a failing video phone maker—product sounds cool, but it’s been out
forever and business till sucks (coincidentally, ACN, a marketing company
just bought $50 million worth of their phones and a TIMalert subscriber
is getting marketed to by ACN to join their little MLM scheme (anyone know
any ACN marketers, please do share help a fellow subscriber out!), running
up again, trying to breakout, maybe getting excited their video phone will
featured on The Apprentice LOL, what a joke

Tim have you ever tried to trade ETFs?

I'd like to know Tim's opinion on ETF's. They aren't exactly penny stocks, but they are a little bit more predictable than companies.
