If you are sending your tim alerts to over 600 people and 10% actually follow your advice- doesnt that fluctuate the price enough for you to be right almost always as your are the 1st to go in and get out???? Isnt that how you are 250% up? Can you confirm or deny this strategy?

Dear SEC,

Same can be said about any financial newsletter (most just suck so their subscribers dont really trade the alerts), let alone any blogger/twitter with a ton of followers (many of whom have waaaay more than me) which is why I've gone over this again and again about how my subscribers are dumber/poorer/worse email openers than most, I hold for 1-2 days and of course its all for entertainment purposes...oh yes most of my plays trade over a million shares daily

PS the patterns are exactly the same as in my DVDS--my newsletter hasnt changed them one bit so maybe u should spend some SEC budget and check out my DVDs, specifically pennystocking part deux, so u dont waste my precious time in the future

What you say is true, but how many people on twitter and how many bloggers are charging for their "service"? same goes for the newsletters. And since you are charging for your financial advice, shouldnt you be registered as an investment advisor?

Sykes still hasnt answered my 1st question...about sykes manipulating stock prices for his advantage and boasting he is some kind of boy genious up 250%. If any blogger on this site had 600+ people take his/her advice of course its going to move. The issue is- sykes gets in 1st and sykes gets out 1st- he times his play to his advantage- hey tim- why dont you come out under the sheeps wool and just admit that you are just another manipulator with a quasi following of overweight 40-50 year old men that stalk u on facebook...
