10 Of the Hottest Stocks Around, One Of Them Could Be A Buy Too

This was sent to TIMalert subscribers early early this orning, don’t you want that kind of attnetion too?

COGO is actually a stock that is right at its breakout point of $6…if it can
take out the $6.36 area—say $6.40-$6.50 to be safe—it’d be a 6-month
breakout with no resistance until $8, yup, it’s a potential buy, just beware
of fakeout breakout aka a top.

ESIC has doubled off the low $1 lows, but volume is anemic…even I do trade
it, it’d probly be useless for TIMalert subscribers so what’s the point?

GTCB has the perfect kind fo chart that I like, but it’s only gone from 20
cents to 70 cents so far…I would have much preferred it if it’d gone form $2
to $7…now that’s my kind of play…anybody who’s seen my PennyStocking DVD
understands why.

MCGC was a nice triple in 3 days off their 75 cent lows, support at $1.25,
tough to try to squeeze in a short here at $1.60, but still watching

NENA is the same at GTCB, I love the chart pattern, but its price is too low
for me.

ROSG is another January Effect double off its lows…potential short.

RVEP has doubled to the $3 area…definitely a potential short, look at the
ugly longterm chart.

MPG has had 2 big up days in a row, but its only up 75% or so, not really
enough to get me too excited….I want 100%+!

XTXI is the one I shorted 2500 shares of overnight, classic classic
afternoon fade—the pattern I detail at length in my PennyStocking Part
Deux DVD
aka this was fully fully predictable and some DVD students
actually bet me to the punch as my entry price wasn’t that great….anyway,
I’m up $250 so far, didn’t expect much yesterday as it was already down 17%
on the day…the key is that it took out the morning lows of $5.50 and more
importantly bounced and fell again, making that $5.50 level some very nice
resistance to the upside…I still wanna cover under $5 today, let’s see how
it acts if/when it touches yesterday’s lows

XTEX traded almost exactly like XTXI, quick morning drop, sideways price
action, afternoon fade…just not as liquid nor is it up as much or I’d have
shorted that one too…will be interesting to see if the pattern holds for
this one too today

Certainly not directly related to Penny Stocking, but to people who may be interested about a career in finance, this is going to be a great interview.

The tort of Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress is just law school BS. (See Wikipedia below)
Courts in most jurisdictions take a decidedly unfavorable stance towards IIED claims. It is felt that they are generally frivolous claims for non-quantifiable harm, and often are appended to other more substantive claims merely as an afterthought. Meeting the element of conduct that is so outrageous as to be beyond the bounds of civilized society is extremely difficult, and consequently most claims fail.

The New York Court of Appeals, for example, has stated that "Indeed, of the intentional infliction of emotional distress claims considered by this Court, every one has failed because the alleged conduct was not sufficiently outrageous." Howell v. New York Post.[10]
