Still Think The Stock Market Is Random?

Yesterday I featured over a dozen stocks that were potential shorts–TIMalert subscribers got it premarket at 8am, as they do every day–mainly because they were classic Friday afternoon short squeezes as I detail in my PennyStocking Part Deux & Shortstocking instructional DVDs, duhhhhhhhhh).
I ended up shorting HSNI–which I listed as my top potential short so it shouldn’t have been a surprise to anyone!–and unfortunately, it was the only one of the 13 to be up on the day…not a big deal, I covered for small gains of $120 (it didn’t matter if I had a gain or loss, I went in, as I always do, with a goal of making 5-10%, so anything less, if the pattern doesn’t play out to my liking, I just get out ASAP–again, that shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone by now…
But other than that, 12 dropped nicely, many more than 10% on the day….contrary to clueless value investors and waaaay too many market commentators, the market isn’t random nor is trading/investing based on earnings the highest percentage path to profits.
Shorting crap companies that have spiked due to hype/manipulation and market mechanisms isn’t exactly rocket science, look at the charts below, get my instructional DVDs (to better understand the risks/obstacles/pattern variations) already and learn to profit from these simple simple setups that happen again and again and again and again:

no i havent slept in 35 hours or so, not feeling like doing any trading
ha who said i’m in the financial business and who said i understand math? u need to remember, i aint that smart, when is said penny stocks aint random, i mean people think they move randomly, which they obviously dont…bring it bitch, i’m a solid gambler and have faced idiots a million times worse than u
random movements as i, and the rest of the dumb people out there, see it as meanging stocks’s movements arent predictable…the charts above and the charts in my DVD tell a different story…problem is most people try to guess with big complex macro/multi-product companies, penny stocks break that all down, as most are frauds/manipulated higher…so much easier, in time others will see that too, for now let them be annoyed, i could care less, in fact i kinda enjoy watching all these finance freaks squirm

Longed CPY eod for a .30 gain per share and long ANPI from .24 to .35
Maybe the recent run in Penny stocks can be attributed to the record number of new accounts at Etrade, Schwab, and trade king (article from Blain at Stock Trading to Go). Its the holidays and since a lot of people thought this was the bottom they tried taking a stab on the long side of cheap stocks.
As for the market makers:
The decline in the indexes in the past few days may be attributed to the market makers selling off their risky longs before they go on vacation. And since there are no market makers manipulating the penny stocks, the new traders are running them up.
Once the new year rolls around all these penny stocks are fucked because the manipulators return. They will short everything in sight and we break the lows of December because, as Tim pointed out in a previous post, we just finished a Massive double top and trust is lost in the markets. Use Tim’s method of trading and you make a lot of money early next year.
Or the market makers run up the markets for an Obama rally then short the shit out of the market. Either way Tim wins.

No one said Tim created the process of shorting…his method that he talks about is what he looks at to short pennystocks or buy pennystocks in some cases. I like how you’re trying to bash on someone up 250% for the year. Move on…

Ali stop trolling. I knew shorting has been around forever but did you know about or use it before you came to this site? Or are you a boglehead and down 30%?
You deal with GOOG, ORCL, etc….we deal with penny stocks. Move the fu** on.
