Sent to TIMalert subscribers early early early this morning so they could prepare for the trading day:

No LiveStock today, too much work to prepare for myupcoming monthlong
Europe trip—don’t worry it’s all planned around internet cafes and such…
Guys there are a lot of plays right now but if you pick the wrong one or
can’t find shares to short of the right ones, it’s frustrating….and that’s
where I’m at. Lots of stuff I’m still watching but this week I’ve been
picking the wrong ones and cutting losses quickly. Just gotta keep trying
and have accounts everywhere to be able to short any of these guys at a
moment’s notice.

My New Year’s resolution is to open an Interactive Broker account—it
doesn’t matter that there customer service stinks, they have shares to short
of the perfect ones and by only having an account at Thinkorswim customer
service leader…the good news is that TIMalert subscribers with accounts at
IB, TOS, and a few other brokers are doing great! PennyStocking DVD
student Adam N. finally passed me and became #1 on Covestor because as I
say in all my instructional dvds, once you learn this strategy, you
definitely can do better than me.

Here’s today’s potential plays:

ANSV was a picture perfect Supernova (a pattern I explain in the first
PennyStocking DVD) Congrats to those who profited by buying it on the way
up and shorting on the way down, I hesitated on my buying and couldn’t find
shares to short, really really makes me mad…good thing there will others and
for those I must be better prepared.

ARSD is a Supernova I somehow missed completely…it happens every now and
then, only so many filters and research that I can do.

DVAX was another perfect one to buy and short, plenty of
volatility/liquidity…if I wasn’t up 10% on the month, 243% on the year, I’d
really be pissed…but I’m not perfect, just trying to do the best I can

HSPO is still strong, not short until I see some weakness.

NVD has already retraced a staggering 60% off its highs in 1 day, missed
this one too, now the play is over

RVI is my latest mistake, losing $700+ on it, but wisely cutting losses
quickly…like HSNI/TKTM, it’s a real company so it’s stubborn…chart pattern
was perfect, risk-reward of shorting once it cracked $3 was superior, I’d do
it again in a heartbeat….just gotta suck it up…and it still could be a good
short, we’ll see.

SAY might be a good short if it cracks below $8 and stays there, not sure,
weird variables with management screwing it up, but this is a real company
so it’s not easy

RUS is a failing retailer like RVI but its tripled off its lows, lots of
bottom fishing form sentimental value investors, watching it.

CPY just won’t die…you think it will, but it doesn’t seem to want to go to
the $2 range until we know if they have Sears contract or not…guessing game,
stubborn price action, probable downside, but possible short squeeze, no
thanks, I’m done with this

CVO has surged from $3 to $5 in 3 days and its right at resistance,
potential short.

TKTM finally faded all day to below $6 after spiking in the morning…pesky
little sucker, tough to get timing right on this one
