How My Blog Earned $114,371 In October & November
Posted by Timothy Sykes on Thu 11th of Dec, 2008 04:30:31 PMEasy guys, that’s a 2-month total, not one…I’m just behind on all my monthly reviews, too many trades, research, blog posts and emails, as I posted my 2-month trading performance earlier today HERE.
Here’s the breakdown for my blog income, see the notes below and see how they compare to September’s $53,000 month:
October 2008: $47,736
$19,674 TIMalerts
$7,275 Advertising & Seminars (one coming up February 21st, 2009, contact me if you’re interested)
$16,062 Instructional DVDs
$4,065 Trading Profits
November 2008: $66,635
$21,220 TIMalerts
$23,600 Instructional DVDs
$8,365 Advertising and Seminars
$7,300 1-on-1 coaching in NYC
$5,680 Trading Profits
Notes:
In no way shape or form are these exact numbers, too much stuff going on to keep track every single day, I’ll have a final wrap up every quarter, as required for taxes.
Also, this isn’t my profit as my web designer/business partner Pallian takes various cuts and it also cost a few grand to put on the seminar in Vegas that brought in some decent money.
Advertising absolutely sucks right now, glad we signed multi-month deals back when the market was healthy.
TIMalerts and instructional DVD sales are booming, not because of the strngth of the market, but the strength of my performance and subscriber testimonials…for example, today, I made $1,800 and TIMalert subscribers made over $10,000–I’ll have a detailed post later, I need to take a nap right now.
