Tim,

I’ve read some of the bad things ppl say about you. of course, there is truth in everything, even lies. But i must say, just like your investment advice, their comments are hit and miss…but all in all, you are the winner. (Nobody is perfect. Nobody is 100% rightous. You are making BIG moneys with your marketing and strategy. But thats awesome for you. I meen, McDonald’s makes billions a year, just to give people heart attacks, stroke and NASTY fat sex. At least you help others make a little extra dough.)

Im a huge fan of this philosophy in life. Win some, Lose some. But always win more than lose…always.

At 17 i got fired from my first job and had only $500 after that christmas. I saw an opening in a way to make some cash. I was into paintball and found a very specific paintball marker, where you could by them for $250-$500, rip them apart and sell them piece by piece for about a 25%-70% gain. And it only took as long as eBay could help see them. I sold $47,500+ in 14 months with $12,000 in actual profit. It helped with a new job also. Need money to make money ya know.

I then took that money and invested in Penny Stocks….Iv always teased friends saying I would make $1,000,000 before i was 30….and im feeling I’ll crush it.

Im 22 and have made some nice cash since then. My friends know that i invest alot. I meen I bought my 2nd car CASH last year (350z for $27,950 + tax/tags etc). Im a server (waiter) at Olive Garden with 6 months of college liberal arts education.

But one of my friends, “Eric” asked me about you and TIMalerts. I know i myself would pass. As iv been doing fine myself. But i feel at worst. My friend wont be in any financial trouble with you, he’s just hoping to make millions (which COME ON, is unlikely, even the smart ones get unlucky…who knows i might hit bottom soon, but i also play it safe and have a nice back-up and dont just go with gut. I research like you and have learned my own ways…and just used gut to get started with my small paintball/ebay thing) and i know he’ll blame you on his lack to read/learn and most importantly WORK!!!.

Nice work on the success. Hopefully I’ll be pleased with more i find out about you

anyways, im going to do more research on you (only been reading/watching/researching for 3 hours……i dont wanna screw my friend over)

1. I like your willingness to think outside the box to make $, that’s what I’ve been doing my whole life.

2. TIMalerts might make you millions in time (especially if I can keep up with my being right 8-90% of the time as opposed to just about every other newsletter out there) but it won’t be quick, not with the kind of conservative trading I preach and definitely not in this market environment. But that doesn’t mean you can’t make thousands, tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands inside of a few months/years.

3. Olive Garden is sick, only thing good is the all-you-can-eat-salad and bread.

4. Go back to school and learn how to read/write/grammar…$ is nice, but you need to be able to know other stuff too so you can spend/save it wisely.

    pot - i'd like to introduce you to kettle. how do you know that he didn't write that post in a hurry, too? you DO realize that this guy BOUGHT something from you, don't you?



    tim - while your hustle is admirable and i certainly can't hate on success, you come off as so arrogant and condescending that it is off-putting. loosen up a bit and you MIGHT get more people on your side (which might mean more $$ in your pocket). this doesn't mean that you have to kiss everyone's ass, but ease up a bit, champ. take a deep breath....

    no one mentioned your dvd's or professional materials (nice plug, though. wink). you criticized one of your CUSTOMER'S spelling/grammar and then turned around and made the same egregious errors. not hating, just calling you out on your shit. come on, tim. is that really hating? i didn't criticize your products OR your ideas. just calling a spade a spade. why do you get a free pass on sloppiness and the guy who BUYS your stuff gets the wagging syke's finger. fair? not really. but, oh wait, you are the only busy blogger and have an excuse. i forgot.....

    This site is truly entertaining! It is always interesting to see the banter between Tim and his haters.

    Frankie, nice jab! Tim always loves to use hater's comments and emails and then turn them into marketing material, which he has done so frequently in this blog.

    But thing is, Tim is earning big bucks, despite all his lameness. And his picks are good, at least for himself, verified by covestor.

    Some billionaire hater out there, please go against all of tim's alerts so that he will have a losing streak and be down 90% in 2009!

    Tim is an entertainer helping the small guy make a couple grand. His blogs and gimmicks and comments are really funny at times, and won't be so if he was a good little boy so polite and nice and proper (boring).

    Hey all you grammaticians/scumwads/f#ckwits, look up the word verisimilitude. Tim has it IMHO, and if you don't agree, what the hell are you doing here?

    However, Tim's blog likes to play us all like old violins, and gets eyeballs on his site as a result. Excellent ploy! I'm in. Why not enjoy the ride and stop the kvetching.

    And BTW, for those idiots that think THIS is kvetching, I think Tim is fabulatum - look that one up grammaticians.

    the first posts were about tim criticizing one of his PAYING customers for spelling errors in an email, while tim's are RIFE with errors, too. his grammar is fine (another thing that really wasn't mentioned). did they teach reading comprehension at your school?

    ever notice how tim's posts turn into - "i'm not one of those salesmen who are going to rip you off, i am real! ". wtf does that have to do with being an asshole to someone who is talking about getting one of his buddies to buy your product??


    here's another one of tim's hyper-defensive responses to ANOTHER one of his customers:

    customer: "Of your 2222 followers....i see only one with a positive annualized return...what's up with that?" (referring to the COVESTOR game)
