PennyStocking Covestor Domination Continues: Now Representing 6 Out Of The Top 10 Ranked Traders Out Of 10,000+

Posted by Timothy Sykes on Sun 12th of Oct, 2008 03:10:29 PM

About a week ago, I posted how proud I was that the top 5 ranked traders/investors on Covestor–the only site that verifies everyone’s trades–were all PennyStocking DVD students and TIMalert subscribers. It meant I was doing something right and people were banking, as they should, from all the hype and manipulation in low priced stocks, no matter whatsoever what the overall market was doing as there’s always hype and manipulation somewhere.

So I’m even prouder to report that this weekend, I see that my subscribers aren’t only the top 4 on Covestor–yes, we lost one spot–but PennyStockers now represent 6 out of the top 10 in Covestor’s performance rankings!

View the incredible rankings here.

That’s right, my widely despised niche/strategy is kicking everyone else’s arses and it’s because we’re using our small account sizes to our advantage.

For we can go in and out of trades very quickly, risking little, with greater potential rewards, %-wise, than big traders. That’s really all PennyStocking comes down to anyway–risking a few thousand, or a few tens of thousands of dollars to take advantage of the fully predictable price swings in low priced stocks.

Say it with me now, 6 out of the top 10 traders/investors, including the top 4, on a site where there’s over 10,000 people competing are following a strategy that is short biased on Penny Stocks.

Hell, I don’t even hold my shorts for very long, and these other people don’t seem to either, so we should be doing better than we are!

So come at me haters/non-believers, I dare you, I’ve got nothing to hide, my products work wonders for even the poorest of traders, testimonials coming every day and as Wall Street burns, we penny stock speculators are the new kings.

PS You 5 other peeps in the top 10–or others–feel free to post the exact amounts your accounts have gained/how much $ you’ve made following PennyStocking!

Hi I am #8 on Covestor, I started my account with 16,700 and currently it is sitting at 19,500 in just shy of four months. I have made some mistakes along the way like most of us new to trading have, but anytime us new guys can do better than 99% percent of these so called "EXPERTS" on Wall Street who are down over 40% then you have to use the common sense test and say HEY this TIM SYKES guy knows what he is talking about. Tim is a hard working dedicated investor who doesn't mind sharing his investment knowledge with other. A truly Great Coach and stand-up guy and I owe my success to him for being so straigtforward and transparent. Thank you Tim.

I spent it all on crack.

tim, why do you call it pennystocking when most of the stocks you have us trading are not true pennystocks? just curious from a newb. Keep it up!
  • JohnCA
Its more the method of the trade, not the price of the stock.
  • penny stocks refer to stocks under $5, that is most of my plays...and it sounds better than microcapping!

Appreciate the clarification. Being brand new and knowing VERY little about the stock market, I will be asking plenty of questions. I started my account at TOS with $5,000, signed up for TimAlerts and now my account is at $5,450 within 1 week. And no I was not paid to write this, I am just a satisfied student of Tim's.

hey does anybody have any feelings about wachovia wb??

I am thinking of subscribing to timalerts, but am not sure how it works exactly, even after reading the FAQ.

    1. Are the symbol, target entry, stop loss, and target exit predefined before the market opens?

    2. Do I have to wait around the computer all day long for Tim's emails which will signal when I am supposed to act or enter?
  • Cletus
thinketh please sign up so I can take all your money. People like you probably should hide your money under your mattress.
  • u get emails of my morning watchlists and every time i make a trade and why i'm in a trade/get out

Anyone using E Trade to short stocks? If so was the minimum dollar limit?
  • Gary
    E-trade has a $3 minimum.
  • Joker
Gary are you using E trade? How do you like it.

TOS has a $3 minimum too, think Tim is using it?
  • Joker
    E trade that is.
  • Joker
Visa bound to do well, Christmas shopping anyone?
  • Gary
If you have the money you should have both. E-trade pro is great. (I think Tim still uses it) BUT for shorting they are a very hit or miss. TOS has more short and you can hold some in the am.

I ask Etrade about this and the said they are looking into it and should be something for us in the near future!
  • thinkorswim minimum of $3 is irrelevant, nobody i know uses it
  • eb
I've never had a problem shorting under $3 either.
  • thinketh
If I get the email only AFTER Tim makes a trade, doesn't that mean I won't be able to replicate what he does exactly?

I see you are a follower of Jesse Livermore...Livermore dropped short-term trading for holding longer term. I certainly respect your ability to make money, but was curious as to why you didn't follow Livermore's path?

More and more we see the need for transparency in the market, why companies are allowed to have "off-balance" sheet activities even after ENRON is far beyond me.

    Best of luck
  • livermore also went broke and committed suicide, i dont hope that "path" on anyone
