Would You Rather Your Stock Guru Be Ruthless Or A Pu$$y?
Posted by timothysykes on Thu 4th of Sep, 2008 01:06:30 PMWhen I wrote THIS post detailing why I was rooting for Hurricane Gustav to be big time, I knew some people bitches would get offended.
Did I care?
Fu%& no!
You see I am not some polite snake-oil salesman trading coach–aka the entire scumbag “expert trader guru” niche (obviously there’s a few good eggs, but I’ve no time to search them out, and like the world of fraudulent Penny Stocks, the numbers are like 99% fraudulent, so let’s just round up/play it safe and say 100%–I am a ruthless trader whose had his share of ups and downs and has come out a meaner/more cynical person and better trader/investor for it.
And you should thank your lucky stars that I am this way.
Cuz if I wasn’t, I couldn’t teach alllllllllllll the proper lessons. I couldn’t warn against alllllllllllllllllllllll the deception in this joke of an industry. Hell, even with all my experience, I still don’t know the full extent of the corruption, I learn more and more each day.
Sure, sometimes I go over the top, but I’d much rather go that way than not prepare you enough for this battlefield, which is what successful trading is….not this “buy Apple Inc. (AAPL), I like their products” BS that leads the vast majority of this joke of an industry to underperform a simple index and mistakenly believe the stock market is random.
I excuse you whiny bitches for wanting me to feel emotion/compassion AT ALL–in my experience, this industry is nothing but a big ball of scumbags–I used to think deep down inside some people might be good, but no more–so why exactly would you think that lack of empathy would extend to regular folks too?
It’s the gift and the curses lil bitches. It’s all or none. I wouldn’t wish my notoriously negative mindset on anyone, but now that I’ve gotten here, I’m gonna use it for good–to help those who don’t whine so much–and you might as well use me so you don’t have to become this jaded yourself to make $ consistently and blow away conventional benchmarks.
And, if you don’t like it, don’t read my blog/buy my PennyStocking DVD or my An American Hedge Fund book or subscribe to my TIMalerts real-time trade alert service. I’m doing this my way and that’s what drives me the most, not having to fake it. Like all the no-talent f$ck-ups who pollute this scene.
Think about it this way, if you’re getting divorced, do you want that nice guy chatting with everyone at Sunday mass who’s friends with everyone or the guy in the corner with no friends who’d sell his own mother to make a buck? Sure, you might like the friendly guy better, but the ruthless guy will get your more from your scheming/slutty ex-wife.
Picture Oliver Platt playing Woody Harrelson’s lawyer in “Indecent Proposal”, getting angry that Robert Redford paid only $1 million for a night with Demi Moore instead of the $2 million he thought he could up-sell Redford…
PS I profited just under 10% in 1 hour shorting a hurricane play, which eventually dropped 20% intraday…if the team I’d been rooting for–Mother Nature–had won, that same stock woulda gone up and down waaaaay more, so I’d probly have profited 20% on a 40% drop…aka I’ll continue rooting for natural disasters–without wishing harm on people, just evacuate early and get insurance and trade alongside me so you can profit too!–cuz they create IDEAL TRADING OPPORTUNITIES. Which is what I’m/you should be most interested in.
Class dismissed.
