They took me off the top 20 and I asked them why and they said something like that I hadn't been on Covestor long enough (even though I've been there since end of April), and they would reassess my performance in 2 weeks to see if I was consistent. My Sharpe ratio according to them is in the 4's, so I should be up there.

IDMI broke out of its flag pattern today on good volume. Closed right at its HOD. I took a small position into the close...would love to see a gap up on Monday.

Yng, same here. This morning I was #10 on Covestor, now I mysteriously disappeared from the list completely. My Sharpe Ratio is 3.37 w/ a 243% return. Go Figure.

I'm hoping to get 2nd on covestor. But I don't follow Tim's strategy nor have I ever traded a stock you've traded.

My returns arn't amazing, so far it's slow and steady as I learn=P Still new to it.

It says my ann. return is 803%. I've only been a member since July 30, so I'm sure I won't show up on there. Question, if I withdraw cash out of my account, does it lower my return?? I just did a withdrawal today, and curious to see if it lowers my account balance and my % return.

I've seen other members say the same thing -- they take new members out of the top rankings until they can hold the same level of performance for more time.

So it's just a matter of time before you guys reappear and Pcola, Tony Ellis, Adam, jackynyc, Yngvaisteve, Reaper, bestdeception, etc etc etc etc take over the list.

Best, it doesn't track cash positions so withdrawing money won't have any effect. The lack of cash positions makes Tim's method inflate your returns on Covestor so it actually helps your rating. You get the same return whether you short $1 worth of stock or $100K. And it doesn't count commissions. Plus I have found if you scale in more money over time that also inflates your returns.

Scale more money into the same holding is what I meant.... For some reason that scales the return up as well, when it really shouldn't.

It only looks at what your current holdings, your buys and sells and how manys shares of either. They don't track your cash balance.

Is the automatic exporting of your trades to twitter new? activate it? I know covester has a delay when it checks your trades but it would still be kinda nice if you're already following someone on covester and twitter.

I don't think you can link two accounts into one Covestor account. You would have to start a separate Covestor account for your TOS account.

ZYXI looked like a strong close to me, Day trend converging with 15 minute trend, closing at HOD after good earning, it has pump over the weekend written all over it. Long 300 shares at$6.03. Will reserves to reverse trade on first down day.

Looking forward to a gap up on monday morning.

Yngvai, it worked well while i needed it (don't need it anymore since TOS lets me daytrade on my canadian account However, I try to use IB whenever possible cause lower commissions and they allow to short under $ 3 while TOS doesn't.

Not only 6 day trades, but if you are willing to pay more double commission you can just offset a position on 1 broker with a position in the other broker and avoid in that way a day trade (not for everyday use, since it will redeuce your available capital for other trades on both accounts)

I thought you could see the short interest on shortsqueeze.com but hasn't change since yesterday. any way to see how many shorts on the same day? I would really love to know if most shorts covered today and what % of the volume did they account for.

I am confused, in one post you claim it is entertainment and in the next it is teaching or lessons? Those are very different things. It is cool for you to take credit where it is deserved and you are a good teacher at this thing. But you insist that you are only an entertainer... So you don't deserve the credit for those other folks being in the top 20.
