Damn It Feels Good To Be A Short Seller: 10 Of The Worst Companies You’ll Ever Encounter

Daaaaamn it feels good to have my entire PennyStocking strategy (click HERE to learn it!)
validated not by an illiquid Pink Sheet stock, but by a liquid NYSE-listed turd…as you’ve read and possibly participated in, I basically called the EXACT top in USS yesterday, sending out a TIMalert to short at $4.61…one day, a thousand congratulatory/astonished emails later and 30% lower. Even though I screwed up my exit (as usual), that trade (click HERE to see all the details) is one to remember…The stock could/should drop more since it’s only the first down day, but its really already attained ALL the goals I set out for it in that alert so I’m satisfied with my rather large profits of $800+ that puts me up $3k, or 15%, on the month and 87% since November 2007….how you like me now sissy value investors, while you’re still trying to find a bottom–and a personality–we’re all having a ball…

Skinny Nutritional Corp. (SKNY) is a scammer I profiled a while back HERE, now trying to breakout, I hope it does…to the SKNY management: as your for entertainment-purposes only pump and dump advisor, I suggest you set aside $1-3 mil and get some real pumpers, I’m not talking little leaguers like Lebed or DoublingCrooks.com, I mean fly down to the islands and visit some real scumbags who have more $ than god…get your piece of crap company over $1 and do a friggin PIPE!

CANNON EXPLORATION INC (CNEX) has now gone from 10 to 70 cents/share in the past few days—hitting 90 at one point yesterday—reserve shares to short of this pig, ideally, it keeps going higher, but always good to be prepared as it could easily have a USS-like intraday plunge

SCLN is an earnings spiker and considering it went gradually higher throughout the day, I wouldn’t be quick at all to rush to look to short…let’s see what his thing can do

SCON is such a horrible company—they’ve been mintng bitter longterm shareholders since the tech bubble—that I can guarantee their stock will head lower after this recent runup, but it’s only up 50% in like 5 days, waaaay too slow for my tastes, I hope it continues to run, definitely reserve shares to short just in case the bitter shareholders revolt today aka sell into this brief strength

MITI is a biotech that’s now gone vertical, doesn’t mean you shor tit, as SQNM idiot shorts learned the hard way (told you so bitches!), just watch it, it’ll be a good short eventually

OFI I gotta congratulate longs on this 3% breakout, wow, it’s soooo amazingly, shockingly, astoundingly friggin boooooooooooooring!!!!!!!! Thank god USS showed you people why I play volatile stocks, not stocks that drive like Morgan Freeman in Driving Miss Daisy.

    NICE chart, just an earnings/analyst pump. Too pricey for me to play, but i'd agree mgar-what goes up must come down.

    lakhanin -- I won't give out exactly how much capital I am working with. I am not using margin. What I have comes from some inheritance, some profit on my trading, and some savings.

    At no point did I have more than $42k at risk in USS, so my average profit was about 25%. Not bad for two days' work. Even if I had $5m, I doubt I could have put too much more than that into USS, because I was already 1% of the trading volume yesterday and today.

    P.S I am short BBSI early a.m- my only play for the day--- not your kind of trade TIM--- but 4+ in one day--- I don't think so.

    haha, covesters percentages for me make me laugh. I am at 23% since inception which isn't to out there but my ann. return is 7 million percent! I know their percents are off since they don't know how much money you actually are using out of your acct but its still funny to see.

    I am currently shorting a stock and have a negative equity balance. I have an unrealized gain on the stock, so eveything is going good. If I hold overnight, will I recieve a margin call due to my negative equity balance? I'm using Zecco. Thanks

    willie, if you buy and sell or ss and buy to cover the same stock the same day - that is a day trade. if you buy or ss today and sell or cover tommorrow - no day trade.

    Wish I could've played USS but I had a client that morning so I couldn't play it.

    Yeah, OFI was a sleepy stock but it was one of the few I felt comfortable playing with a stop since I couldn't keep an eye on it.

    Did make a nice quick 10% profit on LCC this morning though...timed my exit perfectly at $5.78, just before it tanked hard

    Let me see if I have this right. If I buy and sell in 1 day it is cosidered 1 day trade, and I can only do 4 in a wk. If I buy today and sell tomorrow it counts as 2 trades??? Do I only get 2 more for the wk????

    I know "Read Tims book" I ordered it today and signed up for Timalerts yesterday. I cannot wait that long to see through my confusion!!!

    I am up $510. on CNEX on the way up then bailed. But I misses the shorting the down as I was out this am. Not to much to some but as its only my 5TH trade EVER...
