Ahh you gotta love it when new players enter and old ones retire—traders AND stocks. The key is being able to take what you can from each and then move onto the new hotness…
With that thinking, I loved CNEH—it was a weekend affair—but its proving itself to be too slow to continue to interest me (that’s right, I have commitment issues, I said it), CHQ and GST have been trying awfully hard, but their volume just plain sucks. Traders are fickle, we gotta have big moves and big volume…
So check out the 7 charts below, 3 of them are the new hot plays—great for buying with stops (something I can’t talk about cuz I’ve never done it well), Short Selling the fades (just did it nicely on TGC and HYGS as TIMalert subscribers know, up an ill-timed $350 on the day) and 4 others are now proving themselves to be dinosaurs, showing—especially today, now those are some friggin gradual breakdowns—traders don’t believe in them anymore, their exponential gains soon to become obsolete (good for longer term Short Selling , I don’t have the capital/patience)

LDK Played this one many times. It can burn you or reward you depending on how you play it. At 32.75 it’s good to go. I wouldn’t doubt a close of 35 as it takes back support. Solars have been sold off hard since Monday. I fully expect a bounce in the names as most are up nicely from day lows.
I missed TGC going up– But I caught it coming down :) Sucky short enty thanks to slow Tos- but caught it at $3.65- unleashed 200k shares about 3 mins ago @ 3.14 ~~~> $1000 after comm— Will be a happy 4th after all–

Shorted 1000 shares at 3.40 covered at 3.22 for a decent $180 profit. Kids, don’t try this at home, the risk reward was not the best but had a tight stop just in case.

Rode TGC on the long side over the past week from 1.78 to 1.94 and from 2.13 to 3.46 for about $2000 profit. Thanks TIM for making my dreams come true.
Looks like tgc is working out nice for everybody, also made $350 yesterday on the long side. Looks like momentum is fading now.
Tim, I have a question…are these the only positions that you are taking, or are you also trading through other accounts? Word is that you are front running, and that the SEC is investigating…too much publicity could be a bad thing…
I am not bashing, and good luck, but you need to be honest.

TIMfan, my trades listed are the ONLY trades i’m doing, let the SEC investigate, i welcome it, everything i do is for entertainment purposes only, i disclose all my positions, i dont trade against my picks, i have only 1 account (i have no time with all the emails/blogging/publishing deals i’m workin on), i’m not seeing ANYBODY lose $ on my picks (not that i’d be responsible anyway)…really my biz model is total transparency, confuses quite a lot of people cuz there’s much more $ to be made through lying and cheating, but besides it being the right way to conduct business, i think it will also be bigger long term
so Osama bin SEC is welcome at my doorstep at any time (not that i’ve EVER received any complaints, emails, phone calls, nada), i’d love the chance to chat with them and set them straight with a lot of their screwed up rules…and i’d def. videocast the entire meeting, ideally with live chat, so u guys could ask questions too!

Another question - why trade on your alerts? If how you make money is by selling education, then why do you trade on the pumps?
It is obvious why you know when to short - it is the pumps that you and Lebed-like losers pump, and then you sell then to the losers on here.

No more long stock positions for me. Current position is CALLS in the USO. I’m expecting 150 oil by end of week.
Market is tumbling in anticipation of tomorrow.
Short anything you want. You’ll see nothing but red tomorrow. Jumped the gun and shorted DRYS and CMG before their support breaks. MEE and JRCC bounced 2.50 off their support numbers then dipped under for the second time so it looks like support breaks for both. No longer good bottom feeds but rather short sells. IPI and POT two others I’m in the short side.
CROX continues to make new 52 week lows daily. This one is an ATM for $.20 scalps.

haha i’m selling pieces of entertainment/information/my opinion, people can use them anyway they want…i am not a registered advisor and say that at the bottom of each email…and of course when i go into a stock, i have a target in mind, CNEH it was above $5 (perfectly called), HYGS was under $2 (another perfect strike)

TimFan, honestly, if Tim is making money and others are making money on his picks, where is the problem? He’s not acting like Shakerzz, lebed, the old stockster, etc, who talk about how much money they’re making while 90% of the people following them get destroyed. By definition he is front-loading because he buys then posts, but so does everyone else. It would be kind of stupid to say, “Okay, everyone get in at a better price than me, then I’ll buy!”
