Why I Bought Probable Fraud Hydrogen Hybrid Tech Inc (HYHY) & Think Its Headed Higher

Out of all the low priced stocks breaking out in all the world—and there were several BMB Munai Inc. (KAZ), Fieldpoint Petroleum Corporation (FPP), Capstone Turbine Corporation (CPST) and Beacon Power Corp. (BCON)—why oh why would I ignore all those real companies and buy 2,500 shares at $2.26 of this now $275 million probable fraud HYHY right before the market close? And then decide to write truthfully about it even as I hold shares overnight! (Suck on that people who say I pump or bash for my own interests)

Especially when we know this “company” had $68,000 in revenue last quarter—okay, okay, I’ll give it to them, they were profitable, but only because their expenses amounted to $9,000!!!!! Especially when they put out utter fantasies like THIS press release touting their technology which is “an add-on to diesel and gasoline engines where it significantly reduces a wide variety of emissions (CO, PM, HC, CO2 and NOx) while simultaneously reducing fuel consumption”
Especially when their magic box looks like a high school science project:

Wow, reduces emissions AND fuel consumption—it’s a miracle technology! Where has it been all my life? This stock is sure to rise 500% once people discover how incredible an opportunity this is! Oh wait, that’s not reality, that’s just what it says on one of the many promotional mailers for which Green First Capital paid $3.8 million to be sent out over the past few days.

I mean the people running this thing aren’t even literate—look at the summary they used for that joke of a PR “At present, unprecedented high diesel fuel and petrol prices are forecasted in Lithuania”

Uhh guys, that’s not a summary, that’s just a non-essential line.

Wait a minute, I thought I was long this stock, why am I ripping on it? Oh but I am long—for all the reasons that this company is a complete joke—kinda like Doubledown Media being a viable company or KYUS not knowing they were a scam—that’s what makes it such a good buy. Because it doesn’t have to worry about being an actual business, its business is hyping its technology/spamming to get its stock price up! Hell, they didn’t invent some hydrogen powered crap, they’re just the latest to use that good old market environmentally safe fuel: spammmmmmm! It even reduces intelligence too!

I’m glad KYUS happened because you guys know that was also a $4 million mailer and like HYHY, it began its run around 50 cents too…so if the pattern plays out the same, which it never does, HYHY has a good chance at hitting $4.5, making my $2.26 buy look rather attractive. (Notice the similar 2 brief consolidation days…KYUS then had 3 big white bars…HYHY has only had one…so far) Since this one’s already used up some of its spam buying power, I’ll be conservative and say $3-$3.50…LAUD-style…but that could take days/weeks and you know I’ll be out tomorrow or the next day.

Why do you know that? Cuz despite all these reasons, I have no idea when the spam will stop…when it does, it’s like musical chairs and the last one to get their sell order in loses 50%. Although lately—as proven by fellow spammers FORC, FOUR and HYBR—these spam plays just keep going.

But that’s more long-term, I bought in specifically right before the market close (sending out an alert to TIMalert subscribers at 3:55pm EST) because it was closing strong on strong volume, breaking out to new highs, but only by 20 cents…so far, people are getting mailers left and right—inevitably checking to see if the price is surging, after discovering it’s doing exactly what the mailer said it would inevitably getting excited enough to put in pre-market buy orders, creating an all too predictable gap up, maybe 10-20 cents/share…just as its done the past 2 big volume days…made more reliable by the fact that it’s coming off 2 days of consolidation, sucking in shorts without the capital to add in at higher prices and potentially signifying that great final vertical run that most of these spammers exert right before the big plunge (and lately just briefly)

And that kids, is why I prefer playing frauds and probable frauds—usually from the short side, as I inevitably will on this one when its hydrogen-powered runup (hehehe)–because it’s all very supply and demand/logic & pattern recognition-based aka predictable. Even I’m wrong, naïve spam receivers/stock buyers/non-blog readers, squeezed shorts, my hair-trigger finger and small position size should protect me from anything more than a few cent loss meaning the risk-reward is solid.
