This Is How A Fraud Trades: Laud Resources Inc (LAUD) & MyECheck Inc (MYEC)

Posted by timothysykes on Wed 11th of Jun, 2008 03:17:15 PM

That’s right kids, it’s time to play another round of “This Is How A Fraud Trades” Cue the music.

LAUD Resources Inc. (OTCBB: LAUD) is now woth over $200mil and has revenues of $1 mil…and that chart, as you all should know by now, is a classic classic manipulation scheme…company will say “we don’t know who’s manipulating our stock, we’re just innocent victims”…and then do a financing at 70% discount to pumped up prices…god I love this game!

MyECheck Inc. (OTCBB: MYEC), a sketchy electronic transaction processor and provider of alternative payment solutions…never trust companies with different cases in their names, you’re just begging for trouble (see an example). And you see that volume recently, yeah, they got promoted by equally sketchy DoublingStocks.com, whose “trading robot” manages to pick out these kinds of stocks and amazingly also finds a way to get paid by many of the companies or company shareholders just for picking the stock! Now that’s one talented robot, the kind that make you an offer you can’t refuse.

I’ve got shares of LAUD reserved to short, can’t find any MYEC, be very very careful…

I have been watching LAUD like a hawk today. Hope it takes a dive like a hawk as well.
  • younggunz
Actually hoping it starts to squeeze here so close to the close. Hoping for it to be my trade of the day for tomorrow.
  • Rambone
Nice timing the peak on LAUD. 81 million shares outstanding. Looks like it could close in the red today after giving up so much of its gains. Either way tomorrow should be a nice haircut.
About 350 trades in this one today. Plenty of downside left with a 52 week low of $.40 and support around $1.50.

Tim, What you mean careful, you mean myec can spike overnight?

Looks to me that doubling stocks don't create supernovas, they just around double the price, and create volume around that price while selling slowly during several days or weeks, usually they fade instead of a big drop, here some previous picks from Marlin, the honest robot.

I just don;t get it maybe Tim can explain it. Every time LAUD goes down a bit there's a huge bid thrown on the level two. Currently around 54,000. @ 2.50 this has been happening all day. MAnipulation- uh yes please!
  • Rambone
Meant you timing the peak of LAUD. This is a prototype Tim Sykes short play that you teach in your DVD.

I have a hunch after a year you'll be able to crush stocks on your calls when you have a much larger following. I know you're not aiming for this but this is the future. Very nice benefit to putting in so much work.

  • balls...or just plain nuts...
Tim, TOS is awesome! I put in an order to short a stock and was rejected. Contacted the trading desk, and they found shares for me to short! No other broker has done this for me!
  • FastMoney20
QTWW....bought in at 2.77. Tomr morning....HOLD OR SELL???
  • yes LAUD turned out to be a good short, i missed my execution, wasnt aggressive enough--was too aggressive with STXX!!!--anybody get on that ride down?
  • dude
I'm surprised to see MYEC mentioned here. Based on what I read in the book, I had already passed on this based on lack of trading volume. Has the market changed to where 1 mil or so is not to be found anymore? Please clarify. A bit confused here...
  • Tony Ellis
I'd love to see STXX run up to about 5.50 on the open.
  • getshorty
MYEC is no typical sykes play, different game, working for me on the side. No supernova behavior on doubling stocks.com crap
  • Mark
Tim, I reserved shares of HYHY, but I'm still unsure how to play these in the morning. I wish you would give a little tutorial on when it's appropriate to short at the open. Thanks man.
  • mark--how about tis never appropriate to short at the open! u might miss a few morning dumpers, but u'll save yourself a ton of short squeezes
  • getshorty
Tim, what you think of those gradual fades of Doubling stocks crap, VTI RUNU UOMO and next MYEC?

I know you are an impatient guy, but this looks like a sure thing to me.
  • none of the other doublingstocks crap is up enough...and i got a limited number of trades/capital...STXX and LAUD are def. gonna be in play tomorrow
  • FastMoney20
RLKX, check it out. Might be something good to look into.
  • still holding GU from tuesday
