If you’ve noticed or even cared, I was using companies names cuz Google Finance was picking this blog up…now that I mention some of the same stocks day in day out, I’m out, apparently. WTF Google, these stocks are play! That’s fine, one day they’ll wake up and realize how crappy some of their sources are, listing the % gainers day in day out, pleaseeeee, grow up Peter Pan. Scummy website you know who you are, you make me sick, just like the rest of this soulless industry. Good Morning F$#@edupnam!

PokerTek, Inc. (PTEK) and GRO were the two I successfully shorted yesterday, now I’m hoping they both spike and fade so I can reshort them today…better chances on PTEK offering a big morning short squeeze, especially with joke of a PR fluff news afterhours, why are failing companies so bad at appearing successful? It’s ironic that total frauds pull off a better job, right?
ROYL I have royally screwed up on this one, missing buying the easy breakout at $8 and now yesterday the easy breakdown at $10…I will short this if and when it cracks $8.80, no support until $8, but be careful of morning spikes, ideally it’s a morning spiker / afternoon fader, but I doubt we’ll get that lucky
Hollis-Eden Pharmaceuticals Inc. (HEPH) is spiking, every spike in the past has been a good short, careful patterns evolve…sometimes
SQNM had positive drug news, welcome to ACOR all over again, early shorts welcome, please get trampled to death, I’ll make some popcorn
Heckmann Corporation (HEK) is trying to become a Chinese water play…let it spike, strange big block buying, I hate how that happens with real companies, blehhhh gross
PINN was all hyped up on TheLion and what’d it do? It did what the chart said it would do, breakdown. Don’t listen to anybody, including me, except the charts
OMNI is a sweet fade, too bad it only has like 30 cents of downside left…good luck squeezing that
CIWT is a straight up vertical chart up waaay more than wannabe PGOG
GETG is a good volatile spammer
MMGW won’t stop, can’t stop
SOIS and CYPW are two you should be watching

cypw…get their newsletter regularly. seemingly got some orders recently. or expressed intentions of others to order eventually, LOL.
SHFL another casino related stock, earnings due Monday, volume/price up a bit recently, may take a position today, depends on the action. Still researching, anyone else know this stock? Looks like a loser, but not very volatile.

i reshorted GRO at 6.83 yesterday. Its looking weak in premarket.

Tim, got out of SQNM at 9.16 for about $100 gain after commissions. Don’t freak me out with talk about ACOR like that again. It just makes me gunshy.

Timothy i am almost ready to buy your DVD’s. Where can i find a description of the content in DVD’s? Or can you tell me if it will teach how to find stocks, what to look for? How to execute a trade? May be examples in real figures rather then just theory?

Covered on this ROYL spike for a loss. I figured they’re be a spike, but I wasn’t going to tolerate anything more than a 50 cent spike.
Updating my rules list to not short commodities plays into the close, no matter how much they’re up. Took a loss on FPP a while back in the same way. I made a great profit with GBR shorting into the close, but GBR wasn’t a true commodities play
Made .16 shorting ROYL and a .06 scalp long on AMD this morning.

Just an Idea may want to put a FYI Section in the site, for all the new people that will be coming here asking the very basic question over and over again on who should I use to trade, what is day trading etc.
Just a thought.
YngvaiMalmsteve, consider creating a supplement to your rules in the form of a definitions page. With FPP and GBR, assuming you had your new rule, with a general definition of a commodity play you would inevariably pass up on GBR.

sorry to hear that Yngvai…but i learnt my lesson yesterday from ENT and seeing how choppy the action was yesterday covered exactly in the 8.68 area on ROYL this morning. Still, there were much better plays like PTEK…How did it work out for eb?

Well, with GBR, I think I just got lucky, because looking at all of these other energy plays, the vast majority bounce green after the 1st red day. I’m just going to stick with frauds & pump n dumps…better odds shorting those into the close.
Dam, I almost bought PCYC this morning on Mike13th’s alert. Would’ve should’ve could’ve. I also almost bought MBLX on one of Sup’s Lion posts this morning. I’ve gotten really trigger shy with my losses lately
Paper shorted 1000 GRO @ 6.25 with my unfunded TOS account (more to get used to their SW than for any other reason, but I do hope to cover around $6). Damn the SEC sucks.. They’ll let me have one trade tomorrow if I promise to be a good little middle class sheep!

It’s a lot easier when you’re playing with paper money. I reshorted another fake 1k shares at 6.38 and had a trail stop limit set for .10 to activate at $6, and then I hit the TOS “Reset all positions” button thinking it would refresh values, and instead it brought me back to having $100k fake cash and deleted my positions. I was up pretty damn good on that account too!
one thing I noticed that I think is pretty cool w/TOS is that your order will show up in Level II as your account number. Not that it’s hard to spot your order using level II on TDA, but it’s a cool little bonus..
