10 Stocks In Play: Where Do You Fit Into The PennyStocking Spectrum?

Tags: Breakdowns, Breakouts, DVD, Hot Stocks, Missed Opportunities, Potential Plays, Short Selling, Short Squeezes, Supernovas

Remember: just cuz I suck at buying breakouts—patience and actually being around to buy-wise—doesn’t mean you’re gonna suck at it too. It’s much much much easier to buy these suckers on the way up than is it to short sell cuz it’s more fun to party than it is to inform everyone that the bar is closing and that the strippers all have STDs….that’s basically what it’s like to short these dirty scummy stocks. Below you see a wide range of PennyStocking patterns from which you could and should profit…really just gotta get grounded in my DVD course so you can understand all the variables at work so you can adapt to all the evolving patterns…obviously.

LGDI
VRML

Plummeted bigtime/nicely…despite my $1,000+ in gains between LGDI and VRML, holding one week longer coulda woulda shoulda been an extra $3,000 in profits at yesterday’s closing prices! Are you beginning to understand that as long as you short these turds just as their absurd Supernova buying firestorms appear to fade, even just a little bit, there’s a whole lot of $ to be made? (and despite my 56% return over the past 6 months, anybody who has a decent grounding in PennyStocking could should would be up 100%+ (See TIM results and Supernova slide above to better understand)

NNVC
PSTI

Already began to fade…missed NNVC, thanks a lot Chuckieeeeeeeeee, PSTI so gradual, anybody find any shares to short?

CNEX
Should soon fade, not foretold to me by the chart yet though, got 600 shares short at $6, gonna try to add more as high as possible, gotta balance finding more shares to short with how quickly the volume/price does or does not fade or else I might just get down $2-3/share and I can’t have that…today will be telling whether I take an annoying $300-600 loss or risk it some more (warning: this is a somewhat advanced strategy not fit for newbie PennyStockers)

AYSI
Failed breakout…so far…………that’s all I have to say about that

CPST
PDO
KYUS
NLS

Gradual breakouts…CPST, you gotta buy that kind of breakout, too slow for me who has the patience of a guy-who-just-drank-water-out-of-the-tap-in-Mexico-and-can’t-find-a-bathroom…PDO I wasn’t around for that glorious breakout, damn you self-promotional TIM, damn you…..KYUS you friggin fabulous fraud you!…NLS, beginning to understand how earnings plays differ? Ahhh yes, I haven’t been in this game for a decade and not learned some things!

BPTH
EGTS

Gonna be great shorts sooner or later breakouts….BPTH,, uhh can we get some volume, please, nurse, we need some volume stat!…EGTS $1.20 is key breakdown level, but I’m hoping it’s a multi-day runner that squeezes the early shorts, ain’t nothing but a pump and dump baaaaby! Short squeezed is how I like it so were craaaaazay!

Tim don’t feel bad about cpst, I’ve been following since it’s been .80 and didn’t get in until it was 1.56. So needless to say I’m still long on it.

i dont feel bad, even if i had been here, i probly wouldnt have played it as it moves too gradually for e to waste a precious trade/capital on…i do regret missing PDO and NNVC though

Whats your beef with the SEC anyway? I read your post about the WSW auditions, please explain your view here. That show is ridiculous, anyone worth their salt wouldnt be caught dead on it, if they ever want to work anywhere reputable anyway

CPST’s cash flow, income statement & balance sheet all look like hell.. what are your thoughts for the future of this stock traknologist.. I see they are got upgraded by Merriman to a Buy, Samsung deal & turbine order… Wonder where their headed in coming weeks now that they are hitting their highs, although they have continuously beat them..

  10. 10timothysykes

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:33 am

what about vsci, did u not read my article dont short randomly strong penny stocks? it already had its dip

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:33 am

I’m out any of today’s plays. No buying power. Still holding my NNVC short…gotta let it bleed a bit more

  12. 12Davey

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:38 am

Yea I was in on that dip on VSCI yesterday and the play is over…next. No real plays jumping out right now so I’m gonna sit back and wait for them to come to me. GL on CNEX by the way.

  13. 13bullpicks6

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:38 am

Yea, I like to play the long side then the short side…profit both ways! Long right now on EGTS and PTSEF…PTSEF I don’t think is a pump, I caught it on a scan last week…

  14. 14Mark

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:43 am

Tim, What do you think about shorting NNVC today? Is it a bad move?

  15. 15ochopsycho

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:43 am

    tim,

when do you think its time to get in DPDW. keeps chugging slowly, think it will mirror last year’s bonanza?

  16. 16Al

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:45 am

Anyone like NNVC on this dip? Also a PR out. or should I stop thinking again?

  17. 17timothysykes

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:48 am

what would make u short nnvc here? its already dipped and rebounded

dpdw bores the hell out of me, kinda like some of these questions

  18. 18bullpicks6

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:48 am

PTSEF on no volume, once it breaks above the MA here I think I’ll sell, looking at the past on this chart it never sustains these moves.

  19. 19Davey

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:48 am

NNVC had its fade yesterday, now its random unless it spikes hard again, and DPDW is random right now, probably a buy since its breaking out. Remember these plays turn random super quick, sometimes in the same day. VSCI and NNVC had big pullbacks already. Wait for ideal plays to open up.

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:50 am

I read it jerkoff, its incoherent psycho babble. Sio I guess you fel that investment houses and traders on the Street should publicize their strategies, thats smart.

  21. 21lmsmith

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:51 am

PDO- is flying out of the gates……. too bad I can’t trade…….. is this a classic break out- or another pump?

  22. 22ochopsycho

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:52 am

just lost a reader. good luck timmy

  23. 23timothysykes

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:55 am

i’ll lose plenty of readers that cant take the harsh reality of trading

  24. 24ochopsycho

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:55 am

    solid business mind

  25. 25Davey

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:56 am

No hand-holding people, Tim’s trading too. PDO is a legit breakout now, it broke down a while ago, consolidated and is not breaking out to new highs. No telling how high it goes. Stop asking for a million opinions on random stocks this isn’t THE LIGHTNING ROUND!!! with Cramer.

  26. 26timothysykes

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:56 am

getting killed on my CNEX, i gambled i’d be able to average up, but no shares available :(

  27. 27Davey

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:57 am

Sorry, meant to say PDO is breaking out to new highs…

  28. 28Webster

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:59 am

Tim if there are shares that we can pick up from other brokers does it seem like a good entry point even with steady climb?

  29. 29twostep

    May 13th, 2008 at 9:59 am

scottrade doesn’t have cnex as a marginable stock. Looks like I will be switching to thinkorswim in the near future.

  30. 30lmsmith

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:02 am

Yeah I can see- what PDO is doing….. So of a lot of other stocks, I should could of- or would have played… ohh well

On Cnex— thinking about cutting your losses Tim? or holding on-

  31. 31Al

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:03 am

Tim if your bored with the questions don’t bother replying.
    Too simple.

  32. 32bullpicks6

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:05 am

CNEX is real risky, looks like same people doing EGTS that are doing CNEX, they will be operating with a ton of power if I’m right

  33. 33timothysykes

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:07 am

    holding CNEX….for now

i’ll reply to all questions, i just want these guys to start thinking like pennystockers instead of random ass traders who lose money 90% of the time

  34. 34Dan_O

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:12 am

Post your stock questions in the forums. You won’t get an answer immediately but it doesn’t matter anyway because you shouldn’t trade anything (stocks / options / futures) until you know what you’re doing.

Be patient, papertrade a few hundred times. Write down your results in a trade journal. Read a few books. Spend the time and it will save you money. LOTS of money.

  35. 35will_the_thrill

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:14 am

I see ssbx is breaking out

  36. 36bullpicks6

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:14 am

Dan_O I’d beg to differ, timing is everything when trading these things…you never want paralysis through analysis…but at the same time, if you’re hinging your buys/sells on someone elses opinion you should go back to the drawing board and paper trade anyway

  37. 37sykeshater1

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:18 am

DAn o is timmays lil bit**, isnt that apparent from reading his posts?? Tim, what do I do, tell me!!! Guy has no clue

  38. 38Dan_O

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:19 am

Sounds like you agree to me.

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:20 am

how do i transfer my scottrade to thinkorswim

  40. 40ju

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:21 am

u should call scottrade or thinkorswim

  41. 41Dan_O

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:22 am

Jose, ask your broker for a ACAT. You’ll have to choose to either liquidate your account or do a partial transfer.

It takes about 2 weeks, so be ready for that.

  42. 42Davey

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:23 am

lol seriously this is getting crazy…how do you transfer my scottrade to thinkorswim? Look at the faqs on thinkorswim they’ll help you. Why ask that here, you know how to figure that out.

  43. 43dlee

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:28 am

ppl like jose annoy the fuck out of me. make an effort on your own first and try to ask think or swim before just posting on these boards.

  44. 44bullpicks6

    May 13th, 2008 at 10:35 am

    lol

  45. 45chris

    May 13th, 2008 at 11:06 am

Right! Jose, This ain’t no FAQ post ya schlep ya!

  46. 46bullpicks6

    May 13th, 2008 at 11:09 am

Looks like SSGI shorting EGTS here comes the squeeze

  47. 47chris

    May 13th, 2008 at 11:11 am

Curious what your goal is Hater? After spending tons of your obviously valuable time here what do you hope to accomplish? Or are you flying your chopper thats equipped with state of the art wireless internet just passing the time?

  48. 48THE BARBER

    May 13th, 2008 at 11:15 am

THIS PDO CANT GO UP FOREVER.. THIS STOCK IS BULLSHIT IM SORRY.. NO STOCK GOES UP 300% IN 20 DAYS. ITS JUST UNNATURAL..IM SORRY. TIME TO GO SHORT. GOOD RISK REWARD.
