Seeing all the soulless scumbags around me, I can’t help but feel like this guy…name the movie!
LGDI.OB agri is so hot right now, great fluffy PR this morning, this is a solid pump—probly created by those who got cheap shares as disclosed in THIS toxic SEC filing just a few days ago…chart reminds me of NCEN from a few weeks ago—which dropped 40% off its highs, but patterns evolve (that’s right, you can’t just memorize patterns and then trade—you’ll get your ass handed to you, you actually gotta understand the variables that align to create them so you can ADAPT to change, as detailed in my instructional DVD PennyStocking) (welcome to why this niche is different from all others aka my publishing business model)
SUNV.OB Not enough time in the day to explain everything wrong with this company, its all just exemplified by this blatantly misleading press release, an interview for which they paid, no different from the half dozen mentions HERE for which the pumpers paid
CPHI.OB First day breakout on earnings, bigtime resistance everywhere, let’s see what its got
CEGE Former 2-day spiker has now broken out on a gradual rise, now do you understand what I mean when I say its all about the price action ie. the same company can display 2 totally different patterns that you gotta play totally differently

GETG wow, although yes the move was in the last 15 minutes Friday, look at the volume already … took 30 minutes for it to fall on semi-big volume …. OUCH to all the Monday buyers

LGDI appears much stronger, keep in mind 1 mil shares is about $4.5 million bucks, so a big money play, once it starts to spread and spike .05-.10 at a time is when you want to think about going on the opposite side - lets see if it can break $5 again
no tricks, im surprised they didn’t try to trap shorts.. then again its rather expensive to support up here…

Tim are we currently in the sideways price action w/ LGDI that you talk about in your dvd? (between 4.80-4.90)?
MGI randomly spiking RIGHT NOW (7AM PAC./10AM EST.) on no news besides its earnings release date, might be a strong spike so as Tim would say “Avoid”, but could be good for a quick gain within the day, it is fading off its high of $2.04. Check it out!

Investorslive I agree that big money can mean there could be more money to come and potential support but monkeys throwing darts at a newspaper are more successful than at least 70% of these guys. Also on 2 day chart from the run from 4 to 4.80 looks like the buying you were talking about. I definitely was too early in the morning, but I’m liking this action. Time will tell I guess.

Don’t get me wrong.. this will end up in the gutter I’m sure and Tim will have a nice stockchart of the BIG RED candle that I’m expecting… BUT.. they shook it at 4.75-4.80 and there weren’t many sellers… $5 break is the real test again… if it doesn’t break then its fair game for lower… but as long as it holds $4.80 to 4.90 support this may consolidate all day just south of $5,… looks like their ego’s want it above $5 and they’ll fight for it to get there.. if they fail .. see you at $4
adam no where near sideways price action–i thought it’d just be a big morning spike ad then a 50 cent retrace…wrong about that, this is my lack of patience that i talk about in the dvd-normally it wouldnt matter so much as i’d just cut my losses and re-enter but with this damn pattern day trading rule, i gotta be perfect in my entry

now theres some nice fading action, just too any sellers, can’t support a $700mil+ marketcap, added 500 shares at $4.78, total average now $4.67
Tim, it looks as though 4.70 is about our support area. If we can get a crack of that then we should potentially see at least a 50 cent tumble. But for now it has been holding very well. touching down there 3 times and moving away from it. I set my short real high to be careful and to reserve the shares.\

Well I made a nice little $112 profit on LGDI on the way up. Tried to catch it now on the way down but no shares available to short.

Well I didn’t exit LGDI properly… every time I increase my limit order to the ask, the “mark” goes up a few more cents. It’s like it’s just me against whoever is out there not selling to me!

You should point out how the under 25K guy gets hurt because he holds losses and takes profits too quick because he’s worried about not having any trades left instead of exiting losses quickly and being allowed to re-enter. Without that stupid rule we could have re-entered around the 4.80-4.90 range in LDGI, but whatever. That costs us way more than the 5-10 bucks a trade there trying to save us.
Tim, do you have an opinion on KERX?
Nah Davey, the worst is when you are actually short a stock, and then bam! suddenly you remember that you don’t have any daytrade left, and all you can do is sit there and watch this thing gapping up on you and your only option is to buy to offset some of the loss. Scary, Scary!!!
What happens if you do get flagged as a day trader on TD ameritrade? Any one had experience here? Any way to get out of it?

I got tagged as a pattern day trader on TDA.
TDA limits you to closing positions only and the only way out of it is to promise that you are not a pattern day trader, they actually record you saying it which is odd.
I’ve never had it happen a second time, so I don’t know whatthe policy is.

LGDI is not the sideways price action i look for…yet, i was aggressive, going for and getting a morning spike and drop but that not where the big $ is made–ideal sideways price action is when the stock is barely up or down ont he day after a few big days as thats a sign a big fade will come in, pushing it bigtime negative on the day…here a fade could come in, but it’d still be up on the day…since it’ll probly finish up, it could/should gap/spike/squeeze early short tomorrow, making for another good shorting opportunity…understand?

MESA…beautiful afternoon fade…I shorted at $1.03 (should’ve stuck with my original $1.07 but got scared out of it when it finished strong on Friday). Haven’t covered yet…still waiting. I’m afraid if I cover today I’ll get hit with a pattern-day trader alert. Anyone know how that works with TOS?

Haha, Jeff. I should’ve covered in the mid-80’s too. Started bouncing back quick and I ended up covering at 0.93. Small profit but not as much as I would’ve liked. I should’ve just done it right away…I hesitated because of the pattern day trader rule. Of course, I didn’t know I had already been flagged anyway so it didn’t matter.
