This Is How A Fraud Trades
Anybody who takes a look at the sketchy sketchy sketchy business model/PRs of (YTBLA.PK) and the characters who run this
they’re a outright fraud. (right Tracy?)
But as a rational short seller, you can’t hold your short forever due to the risk of manipulation spiking. Ney, you gotta stay on the sidelines and then take advantage of that manipulation spiking!

Only problem was I couldn’t find any shares to short this morning…pity. Anybody out there fortunate enough to get a borrow on some shares?

Still will be more opportunity especially if this was a money raising event vs. just public awareness campaign
VRTX held all gains looks like consolidation for a higher spike.. will be of interest after that $30 level
All other scans from last night holding their ground - still on watch for breakouts

Tim,
Thank you sooooooooo much for bringing out PSTI info. I was lucky to get PSTI at $3.90 right after reading your post and reviewing the news. Just sold all for a HUGH profit, probably will buy your book today!! Trying to short but Scottrade doesn’t have any shares to short. Anyway, thanks Tim. You are the best stock trader I have ever seen.

Some great calls Tim, I like that the haters have finally stopped posting BS on these boards (for the most part). Anyways, what do you think of SLP? Had a run up last week, now seeing some sideways action, could be worth a mention to keep an eye on. Keep up the good recommendations, you make things a lot easier for those of us who visit your site. Happy trading, PEACE

TOTAL Ponzi. Good catch Timmay. Death to all pyramid schemes, including the evil Mary Kay, Usana, Herbalife, Prepaid Legal, and Primerica. Now if only consumers would be smart enough to stop signing up for these scams!

What a complete idiot, yes idiot. Ponzi? You need to pull your head out and wake up and get educated. MLM is not a ponzi scheme first of all and just because you call it that does not make it so. What an uneducated idiot. Number one the stock is being manipulated by us day traders. If it too hard for you to understand that day traders take a profit whenever they can with any company then you need to pull your head out of the sand. Just because a company is an MLM and daytraders grab profits does not mean that the company is bad. Watch YTB, watch it grow–you are watching the next Microsoft or WalMart stock in the making and you don’t even know it. I can see 10 years from now when we say–do you remember that idiot that called YTB a ponzi scheme. Day trading is what makes many people like me wealthy and its all part of the stock system. If you want stop dayi traders then talk to your congressman. This is what day traders do to stocks. Sometimes it hurts the stock but eventually if the company’s growth is solid enough over a period of time then the stock will settle even with the day traders hammering it. Thats all part of the stock trading game–some lose and some gain. You put money in the stock and I recocnize a good position when I see one at 60 cents a share and then sell it for $3.50 per share–in my books thats smart. I lost a bit when I was learning how to day trade, but seldom ever lose. Long live us Day Traders. Idiot.–Dave Newsom–lets see if you post this.

I don’t know about the SEC busting down their doors, but here is an interesting development that gives YTB some credibility: http://www.forbes.com/prnewswi.....TH077.html

LOL, YTB and crediblity just don’t go together, many many any many many many many many frauds trade on the OTCBBs, actually much better for pumping…and shorting

How do they pass SEC muster if they are frauds? What is your definition of a fraud (in this context)?
24timsykes
April 18th, 2008 at 2:31 pm
the SEC is underfunded and overworked, they cant stop every fraud. y definition of fraud is the one u find in a dictionary…i don’t do the hardcore digging cuz its not worth it–i just play the odds, and even after a little bit of digging, the odds definitely favor this being a fraud.
